Worth the Hype- Most Peace of Mind Rhinoplasty Possible!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Doctor Reish! I saw on Instagram that he had opened up an extra surgery day the next week and I had not yet had my consultation. He fit in a FaceTime call earlier than my scheduled consultation with me from his personal number, and right from there I knew I wanted to snag that date the next week. Everything was easy and seamless even in the short time frame and I trusted him right away.If you are contemplating who to go to for your rhinoplasty here’s my advice - do NOT try to settle and go somewhere “cheap” who has done a few great noses, GO to someone like Dr.Reish who does multiple great noses every single day. Who’s gallery you can scroll through for hours, who gives you their personal number and checks on you every day of recovery, who takes your specific goals into serious consideration and has consistent amazing results. The peace of mind going to someone with his deserved reputation was unmatched. I never second guessed my decision from pre op, the immediate post op picture, and even now just 1 week after recovery. Although swollen I am in love with the new shape of my nose and it was my best decision ever! Can’t wait to see it in a few months. Thank you Dr. Reish!

Any updates? Still happy? Thanks

Everything is perfect. Loving it more every day! Had my 2 month follow up a few weeks ago and everything is going great.

That’s awesome! Did you have any grafts?
May 26, 2021
Yea I had a strut graft to lift the tip. I can feel it a little bit extending the bottom of the bottom although it is not visible. He said to very normal and all be less as less noticeable as time goes on, as that if it did bother me it’s a quick simple procedure to snip the excess. Again, I just feel it a little and don’t see it. Hope that helps

First picture is pre op/ immediate post op. Sent to me by Dr. Reish before I even got home! Second is immediately after cast removal. Was very swollen in the second picture as well, but you can mostly only see that in the front view so expect to be swollen still at this stage

2 weeks post op!

sna0425
Here we are at 2 weeks post op! It seriously gets better and better every day. There is still scabbing inside the nose and the bruising is mostly all gone. I think I took a little longer than most with the bruising but it’s finally just about gone. The front is still swollen, I think that will take the longest but it is MUCH less swollen than last week. Worlds different.. I will add the timeline of the front view when it goes down even more.

Did he do alar base reduction for you?
March 28, 2021
I’m sorry I’m not even sure what that is or if it was performed!
March 29, 2021
LOL okay thanks. it's when you bring the nostrils in. If your nostrils are wide they make incisions at the side of each nostril and then bring them in to reduce width. Probably not in your case as I dont see stitches on the sides of your nostrils :)
March 29, 2021
Oh nope!! Definitely not then I don’t think I ever had wide nostrils :)
March 28, 2021
You look like this 2 weeks post op, is that even possible! Congrats!

Thank you sooo much! I truly feel like it’s a miracle. I don’t want other people to feel as if they should be where I am at this stage because everyone heals differently, but I feel so lucky and so thankful. I can still feel how swollen the tissue is, especially the tip. You can’t see if more from the front (posting some pics soon) but I couldn’t be happier so far, truly!!
