Worst Rhinoplasty Experience! Ruined my NOSE

Long sorry in advance.
I had a rhinoplasty with this surgeon. I went off other people's reviews and despite the initial consultation I had with him where I actually thought maybe look at others as I can't pinpoint what it was but he seemed very nice in one moment then really stand-offish in the other, I went ahead. I know dumb of me. I did research him and showed him photos etc and he seemed honest in what can be done and what cannot be which I liked but the result he was very confident with that he said he can do is the opposite of what he did do.
I asked him questions prior and he told me things I did not need to get the result so I went ahead. Backtracked on this later. He was very very confident towards the end of the meeting so I liked that and booked in. 1.7 months later, I absolutely REGRET my decision in trusting this man and his team. I knew from day 1 this is bad result but was swollen so i tried to calm and say wait year more to see. My nose is leaning to the side (was completely straight before and no breathing issues) now cannot breathe properly through one nostril. Bone looks weird tiny bumps on side told its healed odd in places where broken. My nose is wider and fatter looking then was before. I have various lumps in my TIP that are visible and now hump too which was not there before. Looks like beak from one side. Low tip. Scar tissue build up gosh I cannot stress how upset i am. I did not expect a perfect nose (I just wanted mine smaller to fit my face, he said was not complicated case) and now have like weird bridge from the front too and a big bumpy tip. I have seen 2 other surgeons since and they have both said my nose has slightly collapsed inwards along with all other issues, deviated septum (not before surgery) other stuff and will need a full revision to sort this. Things can go wrong yes in healing but even they said this is far from the result expected and hump deviated septum wide tip lumpy tip dropped tip are in his control bone work too so this dr should not be trusted.
When speaking to him with my concerns he totally went from nice to horrible within minutes and started going back on everything he actually agreed he could do and said he could do. I was in tears.
I was not looking for celebrity nose just what he said he could give me and instead of actually saying ok let's see what we can do or explaining why happen etc he totally flipped at me to a point I felt like a child being yelled at. I was completely traumatized and felt speechless. I had not even told him I had seen other surgeons who has confirmed what I thought as before I could he just went off on a rant at me. The actual hospital experience was also awful. 1 nurse was really lovely, so nice and the rest were so rude. My friend has been at this hospital before (i flew to London for this crap) and when I was with her the staff were so lovely and kind which is another reason I felt safe as seen other surgeons and nurse at this hospital.
All I'll say is for hour I was left in a wet gown. I felt wet gown and thought was like blood or something as couldn't see as big cast on so told nurse and she looked OMG so annoyed at me and was muttering under breath. Then walked off and hour later was like oh yeah here's new gown! Put it on! WTF! The iv also was stood on at one point and pulled out my hand (OMG THE PAIN) by one other nurse and they all tell you not painful nose job but IT WAS and i asked for stronger painkiller they said no don't have any. No help nothing. All i could also hear was moaning outside my room too, they were talking about someone and not saying nice things about I assume a patient by the words being used.
Communication with DR after was also bad, no responses at all from him or team to concerns so i gave up and just prayed get better on own. Never again will I trust this hospital or this surgeon. You may have a better experience but please go to a few surgeons first to decide. I only saw two. Regret that alot. Now I have to pay elsewhere to sort this and I have literally cried for a year half over this. I did not want to review and i wanted to wait long time before wrote on here if i could bare it and it hurts me alot to write this as i cannot look in mirror even. He should not be doing rhinoplasty in my opinion not qualified.
