Nearly 4 Weeks Post Op
Totally forgot to add my photos! So here are some from 26 post op - I'm SO happy with the results so far, they've dropped really nicely and I haven't been feeling too much pain at all during my whole recovery!
The worst has been the effect of all the drugs on my body the first week post op and back pain which I usually suffer with but it's all been very manageable and I was able to go back to work after 1 week.
Arm movements were very restricted too during the few first weeks but at my check up the nurse showed me some exercises to loosen and ease the tension which helped. Nearly 4 weeks on and there are only certain things I can't do such as reaching too far and a few minor aches and pains which I think is totally normal.
My scars are healing ok and the line looks very neat so I'm hopeful they will continue to heel nicely! I had a small rash appear over the last few days around the incision where I have been taping, I need to call the nurse to double check this is ok but I left my tape off last night and it's gone down a lot so I think it was just an irritation to the tape.
I can't wait to go bikini and bra shopping!!! I think size wise I'll of gone from a 34B/32C to a 34D/32DD but I have to wait a few weeks until I can properly get measured! Very excited!

I had my breast enlargement done yesterday morning...
I had my breast enlargement done yesterday morning at 8.30am at Worcester Spire SouthBank by Dr Sterne.
After a few ups and downs in choosing sizes I went for 275cc moderate Nagor implants as I wanted the most natural look possible - I was a size 32C/34B hoping to become a D/DD.
I opted for Sub Glandular placement which I'm finding doesn't seem to be as common after reading a few reviews on here but this made my op less invasive therefore my recovery should be a bit easier thankfully! I decided this was best as Dr Sterne suggested I had enough breast tissue to cover the implant, after time they drop as the normal breast would and as I have a wide cleavage (5cm) it's apparently easier to bring the cleavage closer together if the implants are over the muscle - so they were my reasonings!
So day one! I was determined to come home as I felt pretty good after the op, a bit shakey when first waking up due to the anesthetiser but this stopped after 15 mins or so I think. I didn't have much of an appetite but I didn't feel sick or too soar at all so I've been pleasantly surprised! They just felt very heavy, quite a big of pressure and my arms were a little achey too as though after a gym work out or something! I was able to come home at 5.30pm and given all the drugs needed - paracetamol, codemine and antibiotics.
The car journey was probably the worst as the bumps were quite a shock so if you do decide to leave the day of surgery keep this in mind as I completely disregarded this and had to walk the last road home due to the pot holes!
I've found it quite hard to sleep but this is purely down to the fact that I suffer from a bad back so it's been very difficult for me to get comfortable! I have a V shaped pillow which has helped with positioning so I would suggest if you suffer with a bad back too to invest in one before your op! I'm currently wearing a 34DD sports bra which zips at the front however this has proven really tight and I think has caused some of my back pain so I've changed into a neutral non underwrites bra to sleep in which is much looser - Tip I wish I'd got for a clasp as the zip gives no room for adjustment!
Only had a few looks at the new girls and they look really high, I'm sure this is normal but unsure how much they will drop? I'm hoping a lot as I wanted the natural look!
Also I'm due to go on holiday in 7 weeks so if anyone has any advice on how much theirs had dropped by then that would be fab.
Stupidly I've somehow deleted all of my before photos but added a few below in bikinis/low cut clothes to give an overall idea of how they looked before and will add after photos soon.

Provider Review
So far it's been very good. I had 2 consultations with Dr Sterne and I spoke to Jude the patient advisor numerous times over the phone and email for advice. I even received responses on a Sunday which was really re-assuring knowing that they obviously always keep on top of the emails over the weekend too to answer questions. As I'm only day one post op I haven't rated some but will return in a month or so to update once I have a full review.
