I went to Dr. Fechner as he was highly recommended for neck lift procedures. I am in my late 40's and HATED my under chin / neck area. I had many years of sun damage and the double chin which plagues my family. Dr. Fechner recommended liposuction under my chin, a neck lift, fat injections in frown lines / under eyes and some shaving of bone off my chin to make it less prominent. The recovery was pretty much as he described. It took about 3 weeks to look somewhat normal and about 6 weeks to look fully normal (other than scars around ears, under chin which could be hidden using makeup). The results are unbelievable. I look exactly like myself -- only 15 years younger! I would highly recommend Dr. Fechner and the neck lift procedure. Also his staff is extremely pleasant and caring.
