WOW! Dr. Mao is an amazing cosmetic surgeon. We talked several times before I decided. He listened to my concerns each time and clearly explained what he would do. He didn't try to rush me or push me into other procedures. It was evident to me his goals were the same as mine, which for me was to end up with a refreshed, enhanced appearance that set the clock back in time. My results? I could not be happier!! Dr. Mao did exactly what he said he'd do. I don't look like anyone else! I look like me. The changes are subtle and natural, which is exactly what I wanted. I simply look more refreshed.....and a bit younger as my best friend of 45 years tells me. I'm wearing far less make-up which I love...no need to cover and hide. And best of all, I feel great! I had facial laser resurfacing at the same time and had some hyper-pigmentation in specific areas, which is not so unusual. Dr. Mao was readily available to me at anytime I needed to speak with him. He provided guidance on what products to use and how to care for my face during healing. I did exactly what he recommended and now, 10 weeks later it's just about all vanished. Now if you want to look like Kim Kardashian, I'm sure Dr. Mao can accomplish that for you. That was not for me. Dr. Mao was wonderful to work with and to trust. I also was very impressed with his experienced staff --- very professional, always upbeat and supportive. I am very grateful for his incredible surgical skills in this very competitive area, and highly recommend him!!
