Don't Want a Lift, Worried About Results Without One - The Woodlands, TX

As long as I can remember I have wanted larger breasts and swore to myself that I would wait until after my first child to do it. After nursing for 12 months and a 65 lb weight loss my breasts are definitely sagging but my nipples still face forward. I am currently a 36B and really am not going to be happy with anything smaller that a DD/DDD. When I tried implants on I was most impressed with the Ultra High Profile 600ccs.
Dr. Kim said I would get better results with a lift but said she would do the implants without one but warned me that it would look very weird for the first 6 months because the implant is going to be high under the muscle and my breast tissue sags so low that it would take several months for the implant to drop and fill all of that tissue out.
I definitely don't want the scarring from a lift and I'm completely freaked out by the idea of my nipples being completely removed and then reattached.
I'm also concerned about being able to pick up my 17-month old son and getting him in and out of his crib/highchair/carseat so any tips from experience would be appreciated! My husband and I both work a few nights and weekends so being alone with a baby that loves to be picked up and carried around is definitely scary!

I know LOTS of women who have had their boobs done and their main complaint is that they didn't go bigger so I definitely am not going to make that mistake. I'm 5'10 and I think a larger implant would only be appropriate to fill out my frame and droopy skin.

Surgery in the morning!

I can't believe the day is tomorrow! I haven't slept well in weeks. At my pre-op visit I told the dr I want her to put in the biggest implant she could fit. I'm going with the Inspira for less rippling/more projection. I'm so nervous about the 6 week recovery. I'm super active and it's going to be challenging not picking up my baby for 6 weeks.
