I have always wanted to have breast augmentation even in my early 20's. But I decided to wait until I was finished having kids and a little more comfortable in my skin so I know exactly what I want. After 4 kids all breast fed for a year my boobs are deflated balloons. I am a 34 A long... So I knew I wanted volume. My goal is to be big enough to have cleavage. I wanted the boobs I had breast feeding which was a full D cup. After my consult and trying on sizers we all agreed on 500cc ultra high profile silicone (my husband included). I have booked my surgery for February 23, 2015. I will post pre op and post photos the day of surgery.

I'm 10 days away from my surgery date. I'm not scared or nervous, but impatient! I'm ready now!!! I've been killing myself reading article after article about 500cc being to big, or not enough. And different post surgery bras, and whether to massage or not.... I think I better stop reading.

I only have the weekend left to wait!!! I have a slight cough, congestion, and sore throat. But no fever and I feel pretty good. I talked to my PS's nurse and she said I should be okay. Which makes me happy because if I have to wait any longer I'm going to die! I have ordered an extra post surgery bra, have all my meds picked up, house almost cleaned. On Sunday I have an appointment to wax every inch of me, and I bought some high fiber snacks. I hope I'm prepared!

Hi, curious if you are you going under or over the muscle? I have a friend that went to Dr. Kim by the way, and she came highly recommended.

I'm going under the muscle. I'm small framed and have little breast tissue so Dr. KIM and I both agreed that that would be the best course of action.
Dr. Kim is awesome. I talked to 8 offices and consulted with 3 Docs to choose Dr. Kim.l

My BA is on Monday February 23 as well ANd I'm getting 500cc HP! What are your stats? I'm 5'8" 137 lbs. I've also cleaned my whole house yesterday and today and picked up my pills. I had a mini panic attack when I realized they called in 5 prescriptions for me! Eeeks all I could think is this is going to hurt! I am stopping at Walmart tomorrow for bras and pineapple and food that is easy to eat. Good luck on Monday!

I'm 5'4", 120lbs, I wanted my boobs when I was breastfeeding which were a D/DD.
I too was freaked out by all the meds! But I have been told by all my friends who have had kids and a BA that it feels like breast engorgement.
