Getting a Septorhinoplasty W/turbinates Reduction - Woodbury, MN

I’ve been doing well for the last few weeks that red spot cleared up there’s no hole anymore there is still Redmark where that spot was. Super noticeable and if I have make up on you can’t see it at all. I felt like I’ve had a cold the past few weeks I’ve been kind of stuffy and I’ve had a lot of phlegm I don’t know if my nose surgery made that worse but I think it’s finally starting to go away. I no longer have to put Aquaphor Whitman and my nose every few hours or put nasal spray in there. I do still use the spray like once a day or so because sometimes my nose still feels tight ..1 Then went way down in my bridge looks normal now I’m very happy with how my nose looks and turned out.
Pictures and I really can’t believe how bad it was I’m so happy I got it done even though it was pretty much hell for like three months I don’t think the swelling is completely gone I still have some on the left side and I still have a runny nose which I’m hoping will go away. Only thing I have to complain about is my nose goes from stuffy to Ronnie at seems like I have a lot of extra discharge still than I should. I feel like I have to blow my nose all the time which I don’t think is normal? It still hasn’t been three months though so I want to give it more time and just hope for the best.

I have a small hole in my right nostril on the outside where the inside bump was. This is the side that had the infection problems. Anyways after the infection cleared I felt a little better for a few days but then that area start feeling super hard and it felt like there was like something inside my skin on the outer part of my nostril. I heard that it could be scar tissue and that it helps to massage it. So I started massaging it for a few days then one day I woke up and I noticed a small bubble on the outside of my nostril almost like a blister or small zit. Of course I was annoyed and I wanted to see what was going on so I popped it. Some clear liquid and blood came out of this little hole. I kept pushing on it and just tiny bits of blood kept coming out. Then it stopped but I could still feel like there’s something in there but I was scared to keep messing with this little hole. Anyways I was trying to leave it alone because a scab formed on the outside to close that little opening. The hard tissue was still annoying me so I started to rub it again and then the scab fell off and it opened again and more blood came coming out. No I wasn’t too shocked about this because it wasn’t a huge amount of blood it was just tiny little droplets. It’s not really painful it’s just kind of annoying. I’m still getting some yellow discharge. I’m sneezing a lot and blowing my nose a lot which is weird since my nose is still kind of dry. I still put saline in it about 5 to 6 times a day. Anyways I know I have to make an appointment with my doctor to have him look at this little opening. I pray that it will close and this [RS bleep] will go away. I’m scared that I’ll have to have another surgery to close it or I’ll have a scar on the outside of my nose by my nostril. I’m so tired of dealing with my nose. As of Thursday I am supposed to be six weeks postop so I should be completely healed besides some swelling but that’s not the case. Also the weird smell came back. I know there is something wrong. I just really hope this stops and I can heal and be done with it!!!
