Provider Review
Dr. Shashoua and his staff are professional and friendly. The procedure is well explained before hand. The recovery is definitely a little more brutal than I expected. The swelling is unreal and the meds prescribed are a MUST. Any questions or concerns were always answered so promptly. I often saw the Nurse Practioner instead of Dr. Shashoua but she was just as friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable and so much better about any concerns I had. The office is clean and updated/modern. They always took me back at my appt time, I never had to wait. Overall, I had an excellent experience given the situation and procedure.
