29 yr old woman, 5'9", 155 lbs.. Had my consultation today. I was hoping I would not require a breast lift being that I breast fed 2 children for almost a year and my girls are just deflated! Went from a 36B to a 38D during & after pregnancy. My dr told me that my breast muscle is pretty high up on my chest and he recommends going over the muscle with 450cc to the right and 475cc to the left breast using silicone gel implants requiring NO lift being that I am going big enough to fill/push me out! He did say that there's a risk of hardening going over the muscle, but I expected pros and cons of course. I will be doing a little more research tonight before calling to schedule.

Surgery scheduled!
I made the decision to put down my deposit snd schedule my surgery for June 1st. My pre-op appointment is May 12th. Soooo anxious, excited and a little nervous. The countdown begins!!

Lol Your surgery is the day after mines. Yay!! I am nervous and excited too, so many emotions at once.

I am scheduled with Dr. Hartog too for my consultation on May 23 and my BA on June 15 so our dates are super close. Please post an update after your consult to let me know how it went with him and what to expect. Thanks and good luck! Can't wait to hear about it. :)

I'm a lot shorter than you are, only 5'2". Obsessing over size and am just ready to go in and decide. Don't want to go too big so thinking maybe 325-350 cc range. Pics are deceiving though since the same size looks SO different from person to person. Just counting down the days now.....

Wish boobs
Pre-op appointment May 12th. My PS recommends 450cc L and 475cc R. I'm 5'9", 155lbs I'm thinking more like 500cc and 525cc

Always go with what your are thinking, last thing you want to do it wish you went bigger. I have 600cc and now that swelling is gone they are nice size not too big like I was worried about at first. You are a lot taller then me so I think you are spot on about at least 500cc. Of course we all have different bodies and will be different for everyone. But ultimately I am happy I went bigger on the implant :)

I have similar stats 5'9 165lbs 31 years old starting as 36b. . We decided on 450 cc under the muscle, but reading through a lot of these I think I'll go with 500cc .. My ps said that that should take me to a DD or bigger which I think will be perfect as I have broad shoulders :) pre op May 24th surgery June 7th :) Good Luck :)

Thats literally all I see is women saying they wished they had gone bigger and that you lose 25-50cc going under the muscle... I got too caught up in the cup size (D) instead of the look I'm going for, ya know? I can't wait to try on sizers. Thank you, good luck to you also!

I am shorter than you and just had 525cc and they look big and beautiful (in my opinion)! Best to go a bit bigger so when they settle you don't wish you had gone bigger X

Hi there ,looking at your wish pictures ,in my opinion I would go over 500 , I have 475 cc but my ps said I couldn't go over 500 cc because I had no tissue and do to my pockets but I am very happy with my boobs , if I can go bigger I would and go for 550 no more or no less , you don't want to regret if your ps says you can go over 500 then do it ,I wear a 34DD or 34DDD but for some reason they don't look big well in my eyes hubby says they are perfect but I'm sticking to it and I don't see myself going through all that pain again I'm going to be 1 year in May ..but I know they look nice and big in swimsuit tops very happy in my life now , good luck Hun keep us posted ..

Thank you so much for your advice! I see so many women saying they wish they had gone bigger and I dont wanna have any regrets. Your boobs look amazing too. I'm also 5'9" and get told we can "handle" a bigger implant
