I'm a 40 D now

It's funny because I was wearing the wrong bra size the entire time. When I asked my doctor to get me to a full C, he chuckled, because he said even if I took 50 percent of your breast away you would not be a Full C cup. Since my insurance covered mine, they had to take at least 50% I believe, but i was still left with a D, so I'm completely happy with that. I'll keep you guys updated. Oh I almost forgot, my husband complains a little, because they are not as big anymore. Can you believe that ? Men are the worst. I told him he can walk around with a 5 pound bag of potatoes on his chest wall everyday, but I'm not doing it. :)

Hey everyone as promised I took a few pictures this morning. Not sure why they came in upside down, but you get the point. I'm trying to find a solution for the raised areas on my incisions, but i do massage every other day the incisions itself to help with the swelling in them. I love love love them. I look better in my clothes now. It's so funny because my kids said mommy your breast are to small now they make your stomach look huge. Lol lol. Talk about honesty. And they ate right, so I am getting my tummy tuck in 2 weeks, hopefully I will have a great time healing as I did with my breast. Oh and ladies, please do not try and lift anything until 3 weeks. You honestly need that much time to feel better mentally, physically and emotionally. Put Vaseline on the cuts twice a day and always wear your bra. I am a true 40 D now.

Hi everyone, I'm loving my new breast. I can run, walk, lift and work out with no worries. I feel so young and playing with my 3 kids has been amazing. I do feel aches and light shooting pains here and they're. I'm starting to massage tyke raised areas on my scars now. They were way to sensitive before now to massage. This may be too much to say, but sex is amazing, not having my breast smack my husband or suffocate him lol lol. I feel more confident and sexy now with my new perky girls. Yass. No more banana boobs. I have now elected to have a tummy tuck in 2 weeks on Jan 26,2016 to finish the mommy makeover. Using my same doctor I love Dr. Defrenzo in Winston-Salem NC. I am really excited. I still can't go without a bra, it hurts my breast to be without one for 5 mins. Maybe the intern stitches are being pulled or something. Anyway recovery was a beast. I would never do it again. The pain pills, make you feel crazy. I had to spend the 4th day after surgery in my room with the windows up. I was just spinning in my head.

Im booked in for next week. I'm so excited for you! I have 2 young boys who i am so looking forward to running around with and kicking a ball with. And I'm also looking forward to a new and exciting sex life! My husband is wonderful and supportive of the surgery and im hoping for extra confidence in that area.

Oh how exciting. You will feel amazing soon as you wake up. It's like the world really just jumped off your back. Tell them to give you medicine before you wake up. Are you staying over night? I couldn't wipe off the counters for a week. Can you believe, we actually use our chest muscles for little things like that. And sex is much better, I'm not suffocating my husband lol. You will definitely feel better and sexy. It's emotional, so get ready. My husband was there everyday, changing my gauze, putting Vaseline on my wounds. It made me cry, because we said for better or worse, sickness or health and he stood by me 100%. You got this.

I'm staying in one night. How did you go with lifting after surgery? My youngest is 13 months - still needs to be lifted in and out of the car. I have my husband home for 10 days after surgery.
I'm so excited for you and encouraged by you!

Oh, I did not lift at all. But what I did do was get low wear I could see his eyes and huge my son. That way he knew mommy was attentive and not ignoring him. I told him that mommy breast were hurt and I can pick him up very soon. But redirected him with toys and my tablet. Lots of Popsicles to. Lol You have to bring out your super nanny attics and just do everything eye level and redirect. Your going to be just fine and trust me, our kids know when we're down. He might even be more help than you expect ;)

Lol autocorrect!
I love playing on the floor with him! Just worried about the car and in and out of cot for his day sleep. I had a c-section with him and managed ok after that with my first one. I guess it's just a matter of figuring it out as i go.

Please ask for help, don't lift, honestly you won't, it will bring you to your knees. Let the staff know you need help or ask hubby to take him.
January 15, 2016
Thanks for the advice. I'll do what's best so I can heal properly.

What clothes should I take to hospital with me? I'm staying overnight. I read somewhere front button shirt? Is that right? How do tops work with the drains?
January 15, 2016
Oh they put you in a tube top before you leave, so I wore that until I could put on my sports bra. And just a big shirt. I wore my husband's a jogging pants. Nice loose gowns are great to.
