I had my surgery with Dr Gartner one of the best decision I ever made. I didn't tell him what I wanted my vagina to look like because every woman is different. He did my procedure horizontal gave me a totally natural look. I'm more than satisfied with the results. I healed in 3weeks and at first it was very painful because I had an allergic reaction to the ointment and I had no idea but Dr Gartner quickly caught on to this problem and gave me a change of medicine and some Vaseline instead. It was a huge relief to have a wonderful caring doctor with such a sensitive and important part of your body. As soon as I told him my concerns he quickly gave me an appointment to access the problem. Everyone was great to me in his office I felt safe and very comfortable. It's a lovely exquisite clinic, nice and clean place. The best of everything

General anesthesia when I woke up I barely felt anything

Yes wedge was the technique he used and he said sometimes he uses other techniques depending on what your shape and size
