My kids are 22, 24, 26 & 28. I have always been athletic and love to do hot yoga. My "tummy" just wouldn't go away. I was having coffee with a friend and she told me that her husband was giving her a tummy tuck for Christmas. I said "are you kidding me, that's it, I'm getting one too". Within 1 month I had the surgery and besides being born, marrying my husband and having my 4 kids my tummy tuck is the 4th BEST thing I have ever done ... love it!

I had a check-up today and asked Dr. C when I could expect to lie flat on my back with my legs straight (I do Bikram Yoga and there are a lot of sit-ups) he said "definitely not for at least another week. So, I'm hoping that I'll be back doing yoga by 6 weeks ... we'll see ... whatever he says:)!
