On the 19 September 2014 I had a full thigh lift at the Princess Margaret Hospital Windsor.
From the initial consultation with Mr Uppal to post surgery my experience was above and beyond as to what was expected. His secretary Sharon Roberts is extremely efficient in responding to emails, quotations and call backs, I can't thank her enough for her diligence and kindness which she displayed.
My initial consultation with Mr Uppal was very informative, his advice was invaluable and I was treated with the utmost respect, dignity and kindness at all times and he shared with me the expectations as to what was expected as a final outcome after the procedure. He listened to me as I explained that my thighs were the bane of my life holding me back from doing the things that I enjoy like swimming where one would be very much exposed. He assured me that he could help. After he showed me what he would do I made up my mind that I would go ahead with the procedure. A date was offered and I really looked forward to this life changing operation.
I found the hospital to be of a high standard, clean and the staff polite and helpful. Mr Uppal ' s anaesthetist was very thorough and again very friendly and polite, I felt I would be looked after to a high standard. Mr Uppal arrived shortly afterwards, took photos and prepared me for surgery. Not long after that I was taken down to theatre.
The whole experience from beginning to end was smooth, efficient and care of the highest level. Mr Uppal has restored my confidence and given me back my life. His professionalism, care, mannerisms and extreme kindness will always be very much appreciated. My total thigh lift has been a huge success I am so very happy with the results, my clothes fit me so much better, I am comfortable exposing my legs for all to see what a great job he did. For anyone considering this procedure I can highly recommend it, it will change your life as it has changed mine. Thank you Mr Uppal from the bottom of my heart.
