Something I Have Always Wanted

Since I was young I have thoughts of wanting breast implants. Finally went to discuss the dream to me. I went to Dr. Schuster for the initial consult. I am so looking forward to getting the surgery. I am 45, 5'4" about 139 lbs. Read a lot on here to prep myself any random ideas to help me with the big day would be welcomed. Oct 30 will be a day of so much wanted change for me.
