I and my wife had cosmetic surgery with Dr Maisam Fazel. My wife had breast implants and I had gynaecomastia surgery which included liposuction and removal of the breast gland. I also had to have some skin tightening. Both of us were really impressed with his attention to detail and aftercare. He and his team were always available to answer questions.
