I went into the consult simply to get information. After losing 100 pounds, I had a lot of sagging skin on my belly. I wanted to see what results a tummy tuck could give me. Within 15 minutes of meeting Dr Morgan and his staff I knew this was a decision I needed to go forward with. The day of surgery I was nervous, but felt so comforted by the staff. Every one of them hugged me and assured me they would take care of me. Dr Morgan marked on my stomach, and I was led into surgery. I woke up in a bit of pain, but nothing like I thought! Recovery is difficult-you use your core for everything! But it is also worth it. Dr Morgan and his staff are kind, responsive, and caring. I would recommend them highly!

You look great! I love seeing pics like this where you're looking so good so quickly. Most pics I've seen on here don't show the results you seem to be seeing. 2 weeks post-op and you look fantastic! My surgery is in 25 days in Raleigh and I hope my recovery goes as well as yours seems to be! Like you, I've lost a lot of weight and this is my final hurdle and the final pocket of fat I can't get rid of. Can't wait to see my new body now that I've seen how great you look!!!! Hope your recovery continues to go well!!!

Truthfully, I went into this just wanting to be able to run without pain from the loose skin. I never expected it to look like this. Its just icing on the cake!

Well I know how nice it will feel to run without the extra skin÷ I'm very anxious for that myself. :)

The doctor told my husband he removed 4.5 lbs of skin, and the tissue excised was 15 inches from over the hip to over the hip. 9 inches from above the belly button to below.
So a lot more than some people I have seen. I can only say that I have kept my binder on 24/7 since day one- so maybe that's why there's not much swelling?
