31 Year Old, No Kids, 450cc and 475cc High Profile Implants Placed Almost 2 Years Ago - Wilmington, NC

I don't really know why i got these implants to begin with. I had nice, perky, smaller breasts before; I was a 34b and I am currently a 34dd after getting these implants. Let me just say, they say go bigger because most women are disappointed when the swelling goes down, well, these things are huge! I hate wearing tight clothing because I feel like I am being gawked at by every man in sight. I'm 5'2" and 115 lbs, so needless to say, dd breasts are way too large for me. When I am naked I look in the mirror and feel like I look ridiculous. I just miss my perky, natural breasts. Also, they say silicone feels more natural, well, the only thing that feels like a natural breast is a natural breast! I'm scared about what they will look like after getting them removed, but, I'd rather do it sooner than later. I'm just brokenhearted over the fact that after all is said and done, I've wasted almost $10,000 just to be hacked on and ruin my beautiful, little, natural breasts. My plastic surgeon was very nice and told me everything I wanted to hear. I'm going to have them removed under local anesthesia and he said he didn't think I would need a lift. I wasn't going to do a lift anyway, due to the extra costs and the scars that come along with it. I will probably post some pics soon of before and after, only because I feel like this is a great site to see what you could possibly look like afterwards if you have a similar build, implant size, etc... I know everyone is different and you will have your own individual result, but it gives me hope to see after pics that look surprisingly good.

I had my implants removed today and I am so happy! My breasts look a little sad right now, but I know they will continue to improve everyday. I'm just so happy to have those heavy, silicone bags out of me. Natural breasts are the best!!! I have to admit though, I had mine removed under local, and I was pretty scared at first, but it really wasn't bad at all. I had no pain, except for the numbing injections in the beginning. After everything is numbed you don't feel anything, except for pressure when the implant is pulled out. I felt like I was giving birth, lol! I would recommend having them removed if you are thinking about it. Implants just aren't for some people, and they weren't for me.

Hi guys, I just wanted to post some after pics. I'm so sorry I don't have any before pics with implants, but I had a lot on my mind the morning of surgery. I wish I had taken before pics now because I think it would have been a lot more helpful to others. The lines on my chest are from being in a sports bra and wearing an ace bandage. These are 4 days post explant. My left breast has more volume at the bottom, but it has always been slightly larger than my right breast, even before implants. The left breast is also the one that bottomed out and I had to have redone, so there is probably some extra skin there as well. I did not have any drains put in, I just have the surgical tape over my incisions and I've been applying scar gel twice a day. The incisions are just a little sore to the touch, but I think they are healing nicely.
