I'm still not thrilled with the outcome. I think the hollowness under the eyes actually aged me. And I don't recall having the deep wrinkles under the eyes.

I think you look really pretty!! We are always our own worst critics, so I totally understand. But to me your results look good and really natural :) I had upper and lower blepharoplasty on June 27, and I know how it is to become hyperfocused on your eyes.

I think you look lovely! Your eyes look great and you no longer have any bags at all. If the minor wrinkling from smiling bugs you, I hear you can do laser resurfacing. But you really do look great, very pretty! I just had this done myself and I'm waiting to see my final result (months from now, I'm sure). It's a strange thing to go through and as the other person said, it's very hard not to obsess on little stuff that only you notice. You are very pretty, and you look very young, just know that! Wishing you well :)

Still red under eyes but swelling is gone. I'm not totally happy with the result. I couldn't quite make sense of why I felt like the result aged me but looking at my post op pics I think it's because of the volume loss. I thought I looked great when my cheeks were swollen, now I see a great deal of hollowness where there used to be tissue. It has made my face look heavy on the lower part but I haven't gained weight.

From what I can see in your pictures, the incision must be inside the lower eye lid right? So did he just take out the fat pads?? Or were they repositioned? Boy that Co2 was serious!! I had Co2 and I know what you mean about the swelling... I was SO happy with my under eyes while they were swollen.. but when swelling was gone, they were back to the same. One consult I had the surgeon said even though Co2 can tighten the skin, it does not address the muscle underneath. But I think your eyes look good!! You just had a very long healing time because of the Co2 maybe??

I totally agree with everything tabithanash has said above. Did your surgeon address the fat pad and underlying muscle? You appear to be having a delayed healing time and reaction from the C02 which will continue to improve, but your eyes are looking good. I am also considering lower bleph but the C02 is a big concern for me.

So I was prescribed TobraDex. The swelling is uncomfortable and looks terrible! Hoping it will resolve soon. I'm starting to worry about the lower lids pulling down. Staff said it was due to swelling.
