I absolutely love my experience at the William's...

I absolutely love my experience at the William's Center in Latham! From my first call their level of professionalism and knowledge across the board was different from other offices I had called looking for breast augmentation surgery. I spoke to the front desk explaining that I had another appointment set up for my surgery in Albany at Dr. Deluca's office but I had heard about them and was interested in knowing more. As they connected me, the woman I spoke to next, already know who I was, what I was looking for, and answered all of my questions. She was so accommodating and made me an appointment for two days later for my consultation. She also found a day open for my surgery on the spot, as I had already taken time off of work and needed to have the surgery done on that date.

I heard about the Williams Center through a family member and friend who raved about her experience. And I had a strong gut instinct to look into it. I wanted to get a feel for what they had to offer. She spoke so highly of them how could I not?! She also told me about the pain pump the William's center offers with breast augmentation surgery. Less pain with any surgery sounded like a winning ticket to me. So I called down to Albany asking Dr. Deluca's office if they offered it. Not only did they not offer the pain pump, the nurse couldn't inform me of why they didn't offer it. She also didn't so seem enthusiastic about me asking for it. After fighting call after call to get the email of my 3-D imaging which was a week late it was yet another instinct for me to call the Williams Center.

I felt a friendly, warm and welcoming vibe when I walked in and it was pleasantly surprised to see all the beautiful smiling faces there to help. The center was very nice, clean and comfortable. The doctors and nurses were all in white lab coat and it felt so professional. They even offer water bottles while you wait for your appointment.

I went in for my consultation at the Williams Center and Dr. Polynice was kind, professional, informative and cared about me as a patient. You could tell his passion for his work through his care and concern as to why I was doing it, how long I thought about it, and if I had spoke to my family who knows me best. He wanted me to be sure I was making the right decision for the right reasons. (He even wrote a book on breast augmentation and picking the right surgeon and I did!) He helped to guide me on a size as I went from an A cup to a C cup and have a small rib cage and chest. I wanted to have natural looking breasts that we weren't too big, fake or high and round looking. A big concern for me is that I did not want people to look at me and be able to tell I had gotten implants. He suggested the gummy bear silicone gel implants which felt so real. He took out all the different kinds, shapes and sizes with different textures. He educated me on the different kinds and why they exist and their uses. The Williams Center is also a surgery center and I love that it was all in one.

I also got to see my 3-D imaging results right then and there in the office as they have the equipment there at the Williams center. They gave me printed images of the before and after results to take home with me of the two different sizes I was looking into. Ones with your bare skin and ones with a bathing suit over your breasts for PG rated opinions ;-) I had waited 12 years to get my breast augmentation surgery. This is something I have always wanted to do for myself and no one else for a very long time. I wanted to feel more confident and sexy as a woman and feel amazing and confident naked, for once. I did not want to carry insecurities about my breasts or having the thoughts to keep a bra on and or try hide my boobs. I could not be HAPPIER with my results! Dr. Polynice did an amazing job and I am SOO in love with my new breasts!!! It has made me so much happier and satisfied with the way my body looks and I now have an hourglass shape to match having a butt and thighs. At my follow up post-op appointments I felt great and am going to look into cool sculpting to get rid of stubborn fat next.

Dr. Polynice even gave me a call himself the day after my surgery to check on me. That meant the absolute world to me and actually surprised me. I would highly recommend and trust Dr. Polynice with my family, my friends and all of my clients. I will go to the Williams Center for any plastic surgery for the rest of my days. The surgery center itself was clean and professional. We had fun getting me ready for the surgery and i was actually really excited to have it done even though I can be a nervous nelly, Dr. Polynice and his entire staff have a way of making you feel relaxed because of their genuine care and talent. Trust me, you will not be disappointed! I can tend to be picky, but I absolutely loved my experiences and couldn't recommend them highly enough!!!
