How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

day 2, lots of bruising but not very painful.

2 days post

I was supposed to have my surgery on June 1st, but my dr went on vacation (that's cool we all need a vacation). So my surgery was moved to June 8th. And then the time was changed and I felt like I was never going to get my surgery. Any way it did happen on June 8th, we show up at 9am and we are the only people there. In just a few minutes they take me back and start getting me ready. Undress, gown, IV, lots of questions. My great nurse and anesthesiologist and circulation nurse who never saw me awake, and the post op nurse. They made sure I did not get morphine like last time (which makes me itch- and then the benedryl which keeps me from peeing). A little bit of jello and some coke and I am out the door. And really not feeling too bad. I have looked at lots of images on here and I think I look pretty on par for 2 days out. I am somewhat sore, but nothing unmanageable, and I did not take any narcotics today (but I will take one tonight to help me sleep). Computer is being dumb and will not upload. Will have to get hubby to help. He helped me bath today which was a godsend. when I finally get pics to load you will see lots of bruising on lower chest and sides from dr doing lipo.
