After I turned 40 I realized that no amount of exercise and healthy living would make me feel comfortable in a swimsuit after three fabulous kids. I wanted to enjoy shopping for swimsuits and summer dresses, and not be limited to summer clothes that would allow for a push-up bra. Gravity was winning and I didn't like it.
