For the women of whom I have been speaking with. This is the garment I have a recommend. I love it.
As for my swelling in the front under my bra line, my ps out a syringe in it and took some fluid out of it today. I felt some immediate relief, but it feels tight again now, so I am actually going to ask him to do it again. Thank God it didn't hurt when he stuck the needle in. But I thought I was going to faint just looking at it.

I took my 3rd shower today, and it's getting a little easier. I am still very very swollen. I hope it will come down more. I have a lump of swelling right under my bra line that is the most painful area , any ideas ladies ?? I had the muscle repair too so I'm not sure if that can be related to that area. I am going to ask my surgeon on Monday at my 2 week PO. My scar tape started peeling off in the shower, so when I got out I looked really good at it first, then assisted in taking it off, just in case it wasn't ready. My scar I feel looks amazing. I am very pleased with its appearance. My only concern is the painful area is swelling. Again, to all the ladies on this site I love you guys !! Truly, I do. I don't think I could of done this with out all of your support, experiences, and advice !! I am forever grateful!!

Looking great! Did you have any lipo done on your back at all? I didn't have any swelling on my back but that may be from your BBL
I had lipo of the tummy, flanks, back, and thighs. MR, TT, and bbl. the only spot that hurts is right under my bra line in the front. I feel that is why I can't stand. That's where it pulls and hurts.
Yea your back pain must be from the lipo then. I had back pain but it was from not being able to stand straight for almost 3 weeks and from muscle repair. Being hunched over kills your back too.
It could be from your MR. I also have painful pulling under my bra line across the ribs in the front when I try to stand straighter. I didn't have lipo there. But, I had MR and TT like you, in addition to hernia repair with mesh. I've been forcing myself to roll my shoulders backwards whenever I stand just to try to improve my posture.
I think your scar looks fantastic!!!!

Still have the garment off. Doc took it off yesterday and removed my last drain. I thought I was going to faint when he did. Putting it back on was very difficult, like putting on jeans 5 yes 5 sizes too small it took him my husband and me to get the new one on. I feel more normal in it. I came home last night and took my first shower. It was so tiring and stressful taking a pic was the last thing on my mind. Now I wish I had but I'm swollen and quite normally so. The surgeon said I really won't see the final result for 6 months. Wow that's a long time. Any one else told that ?

I'm still in my hospital binder. I just received my compression garment that my surgeon custom ordered for me in the mail and it does look difficult to get in to. Unfortunately, I was told the same thing that the swelling could last for months also. Hang in there and happy healing!
From the front I feel I look good, but from the side still thick.
I'm sure that will go away soon though and you'll have an hourglass shape :)
When was your surgery ? How is your healing coming along ?
Thanks for asking! It was April 14. I had a tummy tuck, muscle repair, and hernia repair. My recovery has been really hard. My surgeon used a lot of stitching at first to try to repair my muscles and fix the hernia, but when that didn't work, he inserted a permanent mesh. I'm still having trouble standing, walking and just moving around in general.
