It is amazing when I go back to my before pictures. I literally feel like I was deformed before. Isn't that crazy? I am so happy and feel so much more confident!
I began to eat better and exercise better because I felt better about my body and sexier.

In the consultation I did not feel rushed and my desires were heard. Additionally I had ample time to ask questions. Even after the initial consultation I returned with more questions for another appointment and again Dr. Goldberg took time to answer all my questions and concerns.
No question was ever viewed as unreasonable or a waste of time. I could be honest and open about questions and fears. He was also thorough in explaining my choices in implants, what would happen, and what to expect in recovery
However, this is not why I would recommend Dr. Goldberg and his office. My recommendation is based on two key points. I will start with the strongest. I had my initial breast lift and implant with Dr. Goldberg. At my 5 month check in, I could tell he was not happy with the results. I was not overly happy either but they were already so much better then where they began. I felt it was good enough. It was not good enough for Dr. Goldberg. He offered a second surgery to get a better outcome AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. Yes, this doctor is a perfectionist and he cares enough about his work - that he asked if we could go a bit more aggressive in the lift at no cost to myself in order to have a result we were both ecstatic about. I think this is a true testament to a doctor who is focused on creating art and beauty not just in it for the money or to pass through patients. In the second surgery the breast lift was more aggressive and the results are amazing. I am not to shy to tell you that my significant other has told me that my new breasts have turned him from a butt guy to a breast man. He loves them.

My surgery was on a Friday morning. I came home and after not eating and being under anesthesia started taking the pain killers - which caused me to be nauseous and vomit. After a few hours I was still vomiting and the pain killers were wearing off. I had the cell phone for his nurse and she answered!! Not only did she answer, she took my number and literally a few minutes later - on a Friday night - Dr. Goldberg called me and said he had already called in a different pain killer that wouldn't make me nauseous and it would be ready in 15 minutes. What doctor do you know that calls you on a Friday after already providing a solution?
I could not be happier with my experience, Dr. Goldberg, his staff, and with my results. I feel beautiful. I always felt heard and listened to. I never felt rushed or like I was asking things that weren't good questions. They were also kind and accommodating. And they felt more like a partner in this journey - then a doctor and staff. Bra Fitting! I am a D Cup! Wheeee!!!! Plus numbness?
So nicely my doctor wanted me to go get an underwire bra that had a lot of support. I was going to go to Victoria Secret but read a lot of articles that said they did not always measure properly.
So instead I went to Soma Intimates at the Westchester (it was between there and Nordstrom - who are certified fitters as well). I went to Soma Intimates because I figured they only do bras and they would have good supportive bras.
Now, I didn't know exactly what cup size I would end up with. I had a lift with augmentation, but previously had a B cup and D cup, and I had lost an additional 6 pounds between my consultation and surgery. I also had boob greed when I first had the surgery.
I was so happy to find out I was a D cup. Not full D just regular D :) and sometimes I will be a really full C. I know I shouldn't gauge my worth on my cup size........but I was still super pleased.
It has only been 3 weeks - and I know I still have some dropping to do. But my implants are smaller - one is 180cc and the other is 120cc.
I love how I look in my new bras. And they are so much more comfortable then the surgery bras.
My only question is - does anyone else seem to have numbness across the bottom/band part of where you had the surgical bra? LIke right under the breasts. I think it was from having the band so tight on the surgery bra to keep the breasts in place. But it is weird.

I would 100% recommend going to Dr. Goldberg for any cosmetic need. I went do Dr. Goldberg due to breasts that were low hanging (nipples facing down) and also deflated and different shapes.
