History: Maybe 4-5 years ago I developed capsular contracture on my right boob. It was just had a little hard parts at first but through time it was really hard and tight and hurt. I couldn't sleep on that side due to the pain. I'm going through other treatment which was more important (cancer) and was not able to make it a priority until this last month! I had no idea what to expect or how this was supposed to work - this website helped me make the next move. I made an appt with Dr. Singalong got one within a week and surgery two weeks later. I thought the price was a little expensive but I had to go the hospital and get anesthesia due to the damage on my right boob. After reading reviews about drains and other stuff I was a little weary, but Dr singalove said he'll be able to go right in and pull the whole capsule out with no drains and he said he'll give me pain killers but doubts I'll need it. So I went with it, it's been too long with the pain.
They (dr and nurse) brought up lift, but after seeing the pictures on this website I felt I had enough fat tissue (I am now 30 pounds heavier and my weight has been mostly on top) so I just said I'll take my chances and if it's important I'll fix it later. Plus it was $10k to do both.... Umm..

I feel fine, Im hurting today but not bad (almost like a really hard workout). I'm not sure if they deflate cause they are swollen or what.... I guess we'll see. I will say I'm so happy they are out! I have apologized to my boobies all day for putting them through all that stress for all these years.

Glad the op went well : the result looks really good / I hope when I get my explant mine will look as great. Time to take it easy as you will need to heal and that takes time :-)

I hope the best for you, I didn't know what to expect, but I looked all around this website (which gave me calm and anxiety at the same time). Thank you, I think they look lovely, I'm so happy i took them out!

You look amazing! It's only been 1 day? I have serious bruising and swelling even after a week (see my review). Congratulations! I'm so happy for you!

The picture was the same day after surgery (last night). I'm taking a painkiller every 4-6 hours, I can go without but why not be more comfy. I've had a few surgeries and never bruise however knick the corner of my desk and I have a huge bruise...I saw your bruises, wow.... Sure hope it doesn't hurt like it looks. Congratulations to you too... Freedom!

My new boobs are bigger than i thought (the extra weight finally has a benefit) My doctor said not to shower for 48 hours, and to keep my arms to my sides. He also said i xan walk just dont use my arms. I walked on the treadmill today for an hour. Last night I was tired and took some painkillers to get a better sleep. Woke up in the middle of the night hurting took painkiller fell back asleep. Overall I feel good, slight discomfort, slightly tired. I did sit in my closet today and tried a few clothes on.... love the smaller boobs!

Take it easy and give yourself permission to lay low. It is hard for me to do that but have to make it happen. Just chill. Everything can wait. Listen to your body. For me, it's totally hard to"not do" especially because I felt so good. But, if you are doing, and you feel tired, light headed or discomfort in your breasts/incisions... then time to sit and read a book or catch up on Netflix movies! I think your boobies are looking AWESOME! OX

Thanks Lady! I need to just chill. Do you know how tight a compression bra should be?
November 6, 2015
Compression garmets need be be snug but comfortable. The purpose is to decrease dead space and friction unto your body has a chance to heal. Also helps to keep florid from building up. You don't want too tight as to cut off blood flow. Bring your jog bras to your post op appt (bring several choices) and your PS can help you choose the perfect one. OX
