Almost 2 years... Very happy with my results
WORTH IT$7,200
Boobs don't effects my work outs at all. They do deform while chest muscles flex but they look perfect 99% of the time otherwise.
Glad I went bigger then I originally wanted. I feel like they fit me perfect without being obnoxiously big. Any smaller and I probably would have been unhappy. Dr was the one who suggested slightly bigger based on the results I said I wanted.
Ending cup size is 30FF or 32G... I usually wear a 32DDD though since 32G is impossible to find in something comfortable.

Crossfit, powerlifting and implants
So I figured I'd share my experience so far with my implants being under the muscle and crossfit and powerlifting. I honestly feel like I have no limitations.
As soon as I got the go ahead from my Dr to start weight-lifting again I started. In about 2-3 weeks after that I felt like I could do pretty much everything at the same weight and intensity pre-op. The only hold out was bench press. Pre op I could only bench 80lbs on a good day. I started adding bench back into my routine about a month ago and I just did a 1RM at 115lbs which is a huge PR for me.
My other lifting stats just for reference are:
Deadlift: 275lbs
Squat: 215lbs
Clean: 155lb
Misc: handstand push ups, regular push ups, pull ups, ring dips etc.
Not a professional by a long shot but not a beginner either.
Long story short, if you want implants don't be afraid to go under the muscle for fitness reasons.
Hope this helps someone.

Hi!! Thanks for the update. Glad that you are doing well, and back to being very active. Its very helpful to those that are very active as well. Happy Healing!
Love this! This has been my main concern about going under the muscle. Thanks
Thanks so much! You have inspired much hope for me!
Good luck. It's been almost 2 years now and I still love them.
I weight lift and run often and have been very worried about how getting a lift + implants would impact my activities. Thanks so much for sharing all your spec on how much you can lift. Your results look AMAZING!

Update
Just a quick up update. My implants feel at home now. If I bend over drastically or flex my pecs you can see they aren't natural but the only person who really sees my like that is my husband and and he loves them. The incisions are healed and starting to fade but it's a slow process. Anyways here are the pics since that's what we are all here for lol!
