Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

After reading all the reviews here I feel...

After reading all the reviews here I feel compelled to let others know that my aftercare experience was not great. I agree the staff and Dr. Schwartz are very good. I think he has gotten too busy. I did not get any phone call the night of my surgery and was waiting and hoping he or a nurse would call based on some of these reviews. No one called but my dentist would have. I also had another procedure in addition to the BA so I think a follow up phone call should have been made. The day following my surgery I waited in the waiting room 45 minutes to an hour. Feeling pretty uncomfortable and obviously on pain pills this wait seemed like an eternity. Also, there was confusion between the nurse and doctor's directions for wearing the compression strap. I was told to wear the grueling torture device for 8 weeks. I later called the office to ask if this was correct and the nurse called me back and told me it should actually be worn 8 days. I'm glad I called!
Unfortunately my implant is not in the correct position, we know this can happen but it is frustrating to pay more money to fix something you just paid for a few months prior. I do appreciate that Dr. Schwartz will admit when something isn't right and will do whatever you want to make it right. Dr. Schwartz has an excellent reputation which is why I chose him. I don't regret choosing him but the aftercare needs improvement. It would also be nice if he could remember what procedures he has done on you and ask to see if you are healing correctly. Isn't there a chart he could look at before he walks in to see you?
