This year I decided to seriously begin researching and considering undergoing a breast augmentation. I went through guilt and feeling like I was being vain for even wanting the surgery done. But, I did it! And I feel amazing. My journey was amazing and its due to Dr. Greenwald and his office staff. I also had a lot of support during my recovery period. Dr. Greenwalds staff were super friendly and welcoming from my very first phone call. They were patient and I didnt feel rushed or pressured into making a decision when I left his office after my consultation. He spoke to me about my desired outcome, we looked at pictures so we both could have a clearer view, he explained the procedure with as much detail as possible. He also took me on a tour of the facility. The office is really really nice! I was sold lol. Dr. Greenwald exceeded my expectations. My confidence has increased and I wear things I never felt I could. I never even realized that I walked with a slouch or wore clothes to hide that I was lacking in that area. So I am thankful for Dr. Greenwald and his team. He personally called me the day of my surgery to check on me and his staff followed up the days after. I would definitely recommend him.

Surgery Day!
BougieOneSeptember 20, 2015
So im writing these posts backwards because my surgery was months ago, however I used this site so heavily before i got my surgery i want to share my experience for others. The day of the surgery I was so nervous! I was hesitant about scheduling my surgery time for 12pm as you can eat for some hours before but I wasnt even hungry I was so nervous. I got to the Westchester office around 11:45 and I was taken back to have my vitals checked immediately. Right after that a nurse took me to get undressed and I was given a warm blanket which was the best because my nerves had me shivering. Dr. Greenwald came in to speak to me one last time along with the anesthesiologist which was comforting because they made me laugh. By 12:15 I was in the operating room so i really didnt have long to feel nervous and it didnt feel like I was waiting forever. When I woke up I couldnt believe it was done. Whoever said that this procedure was not painful lied! My chest felt so heavy and it was difficult to put my shirt on. (I wore sweatpants, a button up so it would be easy and crocs to slide on). My boyfriend and I were in the car by 330 the latest and I was home by 430. Good thing they had us fill all prescriptions prior to that day because I was miserable. I also was scared to look at my chest but anxious to see. When i finally unbuttoned my shirt my chest looked like pecs. So beware ladies dont be suprised when your chest doesnt look amazing day one.

Hey !! Dr greenwald is going to be doing my surgery in 3 weeks. I'm so excitied I felt the same way at my consult as u did! The hardest decision is I can't pick a cc size. What size did u pick and was it easy for to pick ?

Ok so i went with 350 moderate plus but when i woke up they told me they put in 325. I was disappointed for 2 seconds. I was grateful that he did that because the 325 fit my body structure being that im so petite.
