Hey there! I am finally sharing my story. I always liked my boobs, they were a C with great cleavage because they were so close together. I could wear anything cleavage baring. My left was always a little bigger but nothing that really bothered me. Fast forward, I was blessed with my first baby at 33. My boobs went from a C to an E... That's right E!!! I loved them :) then I nursed her for a year. When she was 7 months I found out I was pregnant again. Yes, I was still nursing for 5 months while pregnant. After I had my son my boobs again went to an E. So needless to say there was NOTHING left after that. My boobs were so deflated that my nipples were actually indented!! And the asymmetry in my breast because very apparent. So when I actually couldn't look in the mirror any more that's when I decided to do something about it. I started researching docs and asking around. I looked on websites and narrowed it down to two PS. I really payed attention to their before and afters. It's very telling on how they typically do breasts. Do they take every variable into consideration and customize their approach or do they do everyone the same. And once I met my PS it just felt right. His office was great. Easy to work around my busy schedule. I liked that he told me what I coukd and couldn't do. I have a small frame and boobs that are very close which I couldn't go too big because of fear of "uniboob". He gave me the option of high profile or moderate plus. I chose mentor moderate plus 350cc because I really wanted a natural look... Although in hindsight I wish I went with HP because after a year plus, when they drop and settle. I do like the upper pole and feel that they are pretty natural looking as long as your not wearing a push up.. So when I am due for a touch up in a couple years I am definitely going HP 450cc. I am so happy that I made this decision. My only regret is that I waited till 35... I would have really enjoyed these in my younger days!!! LOL

I think I have boob envy! Yours are perfect. Not too far apart, not too close together. Mine are not as close as I'd like them. Hoping an augmentation will help. Doing so much reasearch. Dr Greenwald is on the top of my list.

Hi you've heard this many times but imo you have THE perfect boobs via augmentation. They look beautifully natural, you are blessed. Wanted to ask, did you do a periaereola incision site? My BA is suggesting this to me so want to get more opinions from ladies who've experienced this recovery vs under mammary. Most ladies here have done under boob incisions. Thanks :-)

Thank you so much! I am very very happy with the results. I decided to go periareola due the fact that I don't scar badly. I woukd suggest is you have a little bit darker nipples and you don't scar badly to go through the nipple. My recovery was very easy. But think about how you recovered from having children... If you have a high pain tolerance then I am sure you would be great. I got mine done on Thursday, then back to work on Monday. It was uncomfortable but tolerable... Like I had worked out. Thanks again for your sweet comments! Good luck.

You look great! Thank you for sharing your story with us on RealSelf!
