I was frustrated with my legs and the fact that exercise did not help reduce my inner and outer thighs. I also had a small area on my stomach that would not go away. I went to see Dr. Vinyard and he gave a realistic overview of what smart Lipo can help contour and what it cannot do. I left with a plan slightly different than the original and I'm very pleased with the results after only a few weeks. I appreciate Dr Vinyard's willingness to provide input and suggestions- he was right on target with the recommendations.
