Dr. Vinyard and his exemplary staff deserve no less than 5stars and AAA+’s for the assistance, guidance, knowledge, and skill they gave in my journey of explant surgery. A mammogram and ultrasound confirmed my 10 year old silicone implants were ruptured, as well as a lump in my left axilla.
Ugh! And so the journey began…. I had a consult with my original plastic surgeon in which he and his staff showed little concern, a very brief office visit, along with a questionable approach to dealing with my situation. With that, I decided to search elsewhere. My GYN referred me to Dr. Vinyard. My search stop there. Without a doubt, the moment I entered their doors I knew I was in the best of hands.
Dr. Vinyard’s approach was to explant, clean out all the debris and toxins, allow my breast pockets to heal for one year. Now, 4months post-op, I can breathe, move, function so much better. Of course my breasts are smaller. Yet, they look and feel natural. At the one year mark I can opt to implant. However, I feel this is the way I was meant to be, natural. My scars are along the fold of my breasts and are healing well, with time they will be minimal. Dr Vinyard gave me the best outcome I could ever hope for.
On a side note, the staff at Dr. Vinyard assisted me greatly with Mentor’s warranty assistance and replacements (if I choose to do so) per my Premier Advantage Warranty policy.
Also, Dr. Vinyard has sent me to a breast specialist to further evaluate the lump in my axilla.
From the start of this journey, and guiding me to the next, Dr V and his team have been right by my side.

I had tummy tuck few months ago and I am very happy with the results!!! I’ve always wanted to do a tummy tuck. Now that’s a real dream came true. I love it. Dr. Vinyard did a great job. And it’s done WITHOUT any complications. Dr. Vinyard is very attentive and caring. He listened and answered all my questions. I was very comfortable going into surgery because he had shown a high level of professionalism and knowledge. Also he is very careful with the whole process and fellow up. My breast augmentation was Dec 1st 2022. I’m 5 months post op. I feel great!!! From the moment I walked in to VIPS they treated me like a true VIP!! My consultation was about 1hr with Dr Vinyard. He answered all my questions and I had a lot of them. Everyone in the facility was amazing and personable.
My consultation was 3 weeks before my surgery. I told him I wanted new boobs by new years and he made it happened. The day of the surgery I arrived around 6:30am, super nervous. Never had a surgery before and they reassured me everything was going to be OK. They got me ready gave me some meds and they took me to the surgery room. When I saw doctor Vinyard and he saw how nervous I was. He held my hand and reassured me everything was going to be fine and I was going to love my results. He asked me what song I liked in my consultation and he was playing the music in the salon. He held my hand and started signing and when he saw I felt comfortable he put the anesthesia and I knocked out!!! Woke up with new boobs!!!! My recovery was amazing. I was back to work day 4 like nothing. A little uncomfortable but that’s it. He listened to my needs and went big like I wanted!!! It matches my body perfect!! He also recommended liposuction in the underarms because I had double boobs and THEY LOOOOK GREAT!! Definitely worth paying extra for FABULOUS RESULTS

I had a dream augmentation done in November of 2022 and i couldn't be happier! I also had a facial done yesterday with Savannah! My experiences there are always pleasant. The staff always makes you feel welcome and treats you like family. I would 10/10 recommend anyone to go see Dr. Vineyard!

I was certain when I met Dr. Vinyard that I had made the right decision for having liposuction on my flanks. He was very honest and straightforward with me. I had tried a certain form of cryotherapy and spent a lot of money with absolutely no results! I like that he doesn't just agree with you. He really took his time to explain what the best plan of action would be. He has the best bedside manner too! The staff also made me feel very comfortable. What a great crew he has to support him! I can't express enough how grateful I am to have found such a great Dr. and staff. I will definitely be using VIPS for all my future non-surgical and surgical procedures.

The minute you walk into their office you feel welcomed and can feel the care and compassion he and his staff have for their patients and his craft. The entire process from my initial consultation, the operation room experience and to my final follow up appointment was so comforting. Dr. Vinyard and his nurse Mary Louise beautifully sing to you as you are in the OR being put under anesthesia. As far as the procedure itself, they make sure that any questions you have are answered and they fully explain what to expect. Hi! I’m 68 years old! After a lifetime of being big busted and not loving my silhouette, I gave myself a wonderful gift- a breast reduction and lift by Dr Vinyard. Dr V is a popular plastic surgeon in Port St Lucie, Fla.Today is my one week post surgery mark, and I couldn’t be more delighted. I was a 38DDD and now I’m somewhere around a C cup! I went from looking like a granny to looking like a college girl! I can see my torso, which was hidden from sight for the past 50 years! I look so much slimmer, and my petite frame is now revealed! Hallelujah!

I was drawn to Dr Vinyard based upon peer reviews from this site and his website. I was not disappointed! He is a wonderful doctor, sincere & soft spoken, honest, caring and great at what he does! His staff led by Surgery nurse Mary Louise is fantastic! They are all very kind and extremely attentive. I feel very welcomed and valued by each of them. I asked early on if the doctor had other patients in my age bracket. They said yes, but the truth is that I didn’t see their B/ A’s because they didn’t want their pics to be public. I am sharing purposefully because I hope to inspire other women that it IS NEVER TOO LATE to manifest your lifelong dreams! The satisfaction is equally satisfying at 68 as it would have been at 38. I’m so proud of myself for having done it! Also, there is not a high level of pain after the surgery, rather a degree of soreness. I was able to just use extra strength Tylenol gel caps (1) every 6 hrs for the first 4 days. No opioids!
I will update every couple of weeks for the first 6 weeks until I’m considered on the road to being healed. Stay tuned!

Saw Dr Vinyard a few days ago for my 3 week follow up. I’m experiencing a small ( tiny) wound under each breast where the stitches are sown to my rib cage. This is very common and I’m told not to be concerned. I wash the area 4x per day and I’m trying to remain inactive as the doctor suggested... which is NOT easy with 4 dogs! My breasts are still swollen so they appear a bit fuller than they will be when they are fully healed over the course of 6+ months. Mt perception is that the breasts are HALF THE SIZE they were before. It’s a surreal experience to see them so high and firm, and to see my torso. I can see my belly button! This continues to amaze me! I’m excited to see how this journey evolves. :-) Dr V seems pleased and is very complimentary. He’s a wonderful doctor, and his staff couldn’t be sweeter and more supportive! It’s been a great experience so far.

Dr. William J Vinyard and the staff at Vineyard Institute of plastic surgery are the absolute BEST!! Dr. Vinyard did an amazing job on my tummy tuck, breast argumentation with implants. The staff is amazing and was available anytime I had a question or concern (and I do mean anytime), they always made me feel comfortable and ensured me that the changes I was feeling or happening were all normal. I'm completely obsessed with my new look and LOVE to tell everyone what I had done and who did it...I'm 47 and haven't felt this confident about myself since I was in my teens. Age 58. Petite in size and shapely. After breastfeeding 3 boys and the unwanted gift of aging Gravity my boobs hung down closer to my navel then chest. By heredity by arms have fat/dangling skin, which I got from my mom. Over the years I watched my beautiful & elegant mothers arms get bigger and bigger and out-proportioned her body. I knew I did not want this to be me! So I began my 1 year investigation. I am currently 3 weeks post op and although still in pain and discomfort, my only regret is that I didn't do this earlier!! I consulted with 3 dr's from Miami, palm beach, Port St Lucie. Although the mot expensive of the Drs I interviewed, I chose Dr Vinyard in Port St Lucie. His reviews, office, and informative consultation was my deciding factor. My surgery was May 26, 2022. Outpatient procedure 7 hours. The dr and staff were wonderful and I felt at ease. Was rolled into surgical room with upbeat country music playing and all the surgical staff singing. They gently held my hand and were assuring as I drifted off to sleep thanks to that amazing anesthesia. The arms were the worst. OmG pain!! More than I expected. Pain meds didn't ease enough but managed through it. My big take away and recommendation, definitely add stool softeners or meds to prevent constipation. This added to my pain and discomfort, which could of been avoided if Drs office had pre-warned. 6 days later, finally had BM!! Ouch!
25 days since surgery and arms seem to be healing well, but nerve endings and tightness are still an issue. Unlike some, I definitely cannot do much activity and When I do go out or do minimal house work, I get very tired. You will need lots of front button down blouses/dresses/nighties. Can't lift arms too far behind nor above head. Difficult to blow dry my long hair. Oh well!! The biggest concern has been my breast. The first 2 weeks I had no issues nor pain in them. For the past 8 days I started ozzing at T-spot incision. Dr says this is normal but it is now uncomfortable and has a slight aroma. I will keep you posted on this. Personally I feel it's a set-back, as I have red where others are back to much of there activities after week 2. This is not my case. Maybe my age is a huge factor and living in South florida where it's so hot that your skins melts if u go outside for any given time (incisions don't do well with sweat!). Either way, with the breast ozzing, I'm currently not happy with this stage and feel like Drs office didn't prep me for this. More to come on my progress.

Bottom of Breast still oozing with some bleeding. I’m still concerned yet Dr Vinyard’s medical nurse says it’s all good. Breast are still extremely sore. Not back to all of my regular activities, which is taking longer than I personally expected. Although I have read other peoples story, whom say they are back to work and doing good, I’m not up to that speed. Again, maybe my age. Full transparency as to recovery, taking longer than expected. Arms are feeling much better and I have improved mobility yet cont to be cautious so that I don’t disrupt their healing. More pictures to come as I note my healing. Personally I do feel like dr office should of seen me again. Would of put me a bit tease. It will be 3 1/2 weeks between Dr follow up appts. Oh well.

Feeling much better. Back to doing 75% of activities with caution. Breast & arms look beautiful. Saw the wonderful dr Vinyard today whom compassionately explained the medical healing that was taking place with the wounds under breast , T-junction. I feel relieved and at peace after hearing this and receiving his care. I have another few weeks of this, but hopefully will continue on a more positive journey of complete healing. More to come as I chronicle my personal journey and final review

Feeling much better. Still have open wounds underneath Breast, however much improved. Important for my review to reflect the results of my personal experience with arm & breast lift procedure. Wanting to provide to the reader details of Dr Vinyards amazing (5 star) sculpting & talent, his amazing staff, but Also the specifics of my healing. At this phase of my recovery, I am finally feeling much like myself and have returned to 75% of daily activities. Not able to exercise yet & have gained a few pounds but assured I will work it off upon full recovery. Pain in arms comes & goes. Still tough to sleep at night and will continue to wear compression garments. I am at the 1/2 point of recovery and can say without hesitation that I am so happy I did this! Arms/breast look wonderful! I am even more delighted to of had the privilege of Dr Vinyard! He is as all his patients say, THE BEST!

Prior to choosing Dr. Vinyard and his practice, I did a ton of research. When I went for my consultation it was the first time I had ever set foot in a plastic surgeon's office. I expected to be intimidated but I was immediately put at ease by the gracious staff. All of my questions were addressed and Dr. V was wonderful. When I walked out, I knew the bar had been set pretty high. Before committing I wanted to consult other surgeons and I'm glad I did. There was no comparison and it confirmed that Dr. V was the one for me. You don't have to believe my review - just take a look at his work. The results speak for themselves. I can't believe my fortune to have a top notch surgeon literally in my backyard. When I look in the mirror now, I am in awe of the body reflecting back.
