Platysmaplasty - Perfection - West Palm Beach, FL

I had skin laxity in my neck and wanted to correct it for some upcoming film work. The camera doesn't lie. Though I've worked with a PS in the past I had never had any " face work" , I was concerned .
I consulted many board certified plastic surgeons and even posted a thread on real self and had over 17 conflicting opinions ... most were "you need a full neck/ face lift" ...
Ugh... really ?
In south Florida we have no shortage of excellent plastic surgeons , I went for a consult w Dr Schwartz and knew he was my guy. I had a peace about him, confidence in the vast online and offline testimonials attesting to his work and peer accolades in south Florida ... and his rates were extremely fair!
What's the catch ? Post op now 5 days ? There is no catch. He is the real deal.
if I can sum up my experience in vetting out a doc ... he is both a masterful artist and an authentically caring human being. This is rare to find .
I opted to have the procedure done without anesthesia which not only saves money but does promote a better outcome and healing process. There was NO pain... in fact being aware of his workmanship was fascinating ...
But I still didn't know until I saw the first results ...
After only day 3 post op ? (May I add he came in on a Sunday just to stay on schedule to change my dressings )

I have attached day 5 post op before and after !!! The results will only get better as I'm in early healing stages...
Not only was Dr Schwartz able to resolve the skin laxity ... as was his initial assessment he did it without a full neck lift ... he was right ... I believe most of the other surgeons I consulted pitched the full lift because it was "safe" for them (and more expensive) ... it took experience and courage to recommend the minimal approach knowing a reasonable outcome was achievable . I am blown away !!! First of all this was my FACE and you delivered, but the outcome only a few days post op was incredible !
The procedure ..
Post surgery he explained how once in... he saw damage to the platysma muscle repaired it, visually removed fat, but amazingly separated and redraped the skin very wide across the neck in order to achieve a natural result . No skin was removed at all .. Only a perfectly selected small incision under the chin ...
