60 Year Old with an Overdue Tummy Tuck and Liposuction

As I observed other friends and family members losing their waistline to age and lack of exercise, I was determined not to look like them. Dr. Nir was adamant about making sure my blood pressure was stable before he would perform the surgery. I am pleased that he looked out for my best interest and not performed surgery until I was physically ready. Pros - I look fabulous. Cons - I could not get back to my exercise until I was healed. Now I'm ready for anything!!!
