30 Years Old Mother of 1. Unhappy with Saggy Breast, Extra Fat and Body

It's been 3 weeks and my swelling is down by 50 percent I would say. My ass is small like I have done nothing to it. My hips are very narrow as well. I see some difference but not what I expected.

I had lipo done to my flanks and saddle bags also a breast augmentation with a mini lift from the areola and some fat transfered to my butt. 

Right now I feel like I am losing the fat to my hips and that is making me a little sad

I love the countour of my body and my breast but my butt I feel is getting smaller and smaller

I got recommend to Dr. Lalla by a friend. After going to another surgeon that wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for just breast augmentation I was happy to find him.
At his office,he was nice and warm. I felt as if they were a bit all over the place but I was happy because I was getting this done. Gina who is the nurse and his wife again, explained everything they took their time and we're extremely friendly.
The day of surgery, I went to Clara mass for this surgery. At the hospital they were extremely nice and helpful. They really calmed my nerves and answered my questions. Dr. Lalla showed up and started marking me. He suggested I did the lolipop lift at no extra charge. Also, he took fat out of my thighs inner tights arms flanks abs lower and and belly. I woke up in pain but they gave me Tylenol like 1 gram of it via IV and it worked wonders I was sleeping for most of the day. I was in ICU for about 2 hours. I was told standard procedure. Then, I was moved to the waiting area where I slept even more. I was sore but nothing too crazy.
At home, today I feel even more sore, everything hurts. I haven't taken any oxycodone. But I'm sure I will eventually. I got two prescription of oxycodone and antibiotics.
