55 Breast Implant Replacement - West Hollywood, CA

I am already happy. I wanted them to look more natural and not be so high and tight. My nipples are just coming back to life so one looks bigger than the other... this too will change. The stitches are still in under the breast in the natural crease. I'll add another picture in a few week when they have settled.

From the moment you call you feel cared for. Marisol and Joselle are at the front and are really great. They are genuinely nice… no phonies in this office! They run a great schedule and are always on time. The office is very clean and comfortable.

Dr. Bruno is AWESOME! We discussed my expectations and concerns and he really listened. This is my 3rd set of implants spanning over 30 years. My implants had capsular contracture (scar tissue surrounding the implant)

I am 55 so this set I wanted natural looking, feeling and a little smaller as long as they didn’t look saggy. The first set (silicone) done in Oklahoma when I was 25. The second set (saline) done 10 years after that when the first set got encapsulated while I was pregnant .

Dr. Bruno has a lot of experience with removing these scar tissues which gave him lots of points in my book. He also has a great prevention plan so I don’t have to deal with it again. He spent a lot of time during the consultation going over my options for the outcome I desired and the limitations I had to deal with. He showed me videos and pictures of the actual procedure. And answered all the questions I had as well as the ones I didn’t think to ask.

I have too many allergies to list which is always a fact to consider when having surgery and he came up with a personalized plan for me. I agreed with all of his suggestions as they all made perfect sense. He didn’t try to over-sell me or talk me into a lift or anything else. I felt like we were on the same page from the get go. (this was a complete 180 from the other consultation I had)

The surgery and all the costs were simple and fair. Surgery, facility, anesthesiologist and post-surgery bra as well as some other cool stuff was all included in the fee. The office does have financing and will check your insurance but I chose to get an interest free credit card on my own.
Surgery was done in a Surgical Center close to his office. The team there was very professional. Dr. Bruno was able to get 100% of the scar tissue and I think the incisions which were done under the breast in a natural crease are going to be almost if not completely invisible. There was VERY LITTLE bruising as Dr. Bruno gave me Arnica to take just before and for a week after the surgery. I did the Surgery on Tuesday and was back to work by the following Monday.

It’s only been a week and I am already thrilled with the results. I am amazed with how real they look and feel. If I ever decide to have any other work done I will only need to make one phone call… Dr. Bruno!
