I'm five weeks BBL post-op, and I'm beyond pleased...
I'm five weeks BBL post-op, and I'm beyond pleased with my results so far. I knew once meeting Dr. Bruno in my consultation he was the one for me. He and his staff are simply the nicest and most professional team. I appreciated each and every one of them. They consistently followed up with me and my husband sending me well wishes and making sure I was doing well recovering. Dr. Bruno and his surgical team took amazing care of me during my surgery. Ms. Young was my anesthesiologist and she was just the sweetest thing.
I want to share some quick tips in case you're considering the BBL:
-Choose Dr. Bruno!
-Make sure you have someone at home to take care of you for at least a week or two. My husband was the best nurse! I actually fainted on day three when I attempted to shower for my first follow up appointment. So grateful my husband was helping me in that moment or who knows what could have happen to me.
-Build up your arm strength. The first week was brutal trying to get comfortable in bed. You can only sleep on your stomach and side. I wish I would have been a bit stronger.
-Get your girdle, arnica, meds, and pillow ready! Marisol and Joselle will totally take care of you and make sure you have what you need. I have had great success with the full body girdle. Each week, it gets looser and looser! I stopped taking meds by week two.
I had my only child at the age of 17. So I lost my cute figure early on. I'm 5'6 and have always been 115-120 lbs. I've consistently worked out, but could never achieve the results I desired. Deciding to do the BBL was the right decision... and choosing Dr. Bruno to perform it, was the best decision!
