I had my implants done 4 months ago. A month post-op I was doing some stretching exercises as I was told to do and popped some stitches.
2 months later both of my implants had dropped more than I'd like and had gone to the sides quite a bit when I lay down. I had my revision 6 days ago. Post-op is tomorrow. The PS re-stitched the fold on each breast and closed in the pockets on each side. (Though the left one doesn't really seem closed in.) Adding a bunch of pics with more info in each one. They're kinda out of order and I can't figure out how to fix that.

The down side of losing weight is that your skin loses a ton of its elasticity.

The revision only half worked. The left breast is fine, dropped only a tiny bit more than what I'd want. The left however has dropped a lot. I'm wondering now if I should have had a lift. Even if I wanted to do it now there's not enough money for it. When I met with the PS for my 2 month check up he said my only option is to have mesh put in under the skin of the right breast. It acts like an added layer making the skin thicker. Right now I only need it on my right, but he also said to wait and give it time to see if the left one drops more. One piece of mesh costs $1500! That's what he pays for it from the manufacturer. So he said that's all he would charge me if I decide to go that route. I think I will have to because I hate how uneven they are. But I'm also afraid that my left one will drop more and I really don't want to have to pay $3000. Here are some recent photos.

Had another follow up 2 days ago. Need to have mesh put into both breast pockets to secure the implants and prevent them from dropping. The PS is going to sew them to the pectoral muscles and then under and to the sides of the implants. Basically making an internal bra. Said I'd need a week off work. I paid only for the mesh at his cost, which was $3,012 total. The nurses said that all the patients who have had it done had very successful results. Looking forward to having this done and finally being done with it! (at least for the next ten+ years)
