August 2016 Before photos. Afters at 6 months post op and 2 years post op July 2018. I also wanted to add my scars are amazing. They never opened, got irritated, or anything negative. They healed very nicely, are white, very thin, and near the crease fold

This review is long overdue.I got my breast done 2 years ago and it was THE BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE. I actually work in the plastic field and have worked for 2 plastic surgeons previously. With that being said, I had the bar set really high when deciding who I was going to let do mine. I went to 6 consultations from Miami to West Palm , and Dr. Nir is where my search ended. He took his time and answered all my questions. No rush, I could have stayed and ate dinner there and he would have been fine with it. His office was not a mill , he was not arrogant or cocky. He knows his stuff and makes you feel at ease. He even has 3D imaging goggles to help with sizing. Even after meeting hm, I was still a little nervous to actually have the procedure done, and even more terrified that I'd end up with a capsule contracture. Day of surgery went smoothly, and I let Dr. Nir take the reigns on my sizing. I knew a range of where I wanted to be, but he said once he had me in the OR he would make the right call. The first few weeks I was worried they might be a littleeee too big, however, with enough time and settling I was proven wrong. I have THE BEST BOOBS I HAVE EVERRRRR SEEN. And I have seen hundreds if not thousands of "boob jobs." I am so so happy and so extremely grateful that I picked hands down the best surgeon for the job. I show them off to all my girlfriends and anyone considering getting them done. The reaction every time is "they're perfect." Ive also never heard any complaints from any guys either. (ha-ha). Best decision I ever made. Money well spent.
