Puffy Eyelids

I had juvederm injected around the crows of my eyes and underneath the bags of my eyes where it looked a little hollow. Over the year of my injections I noticed that my eyelids looked swollen and I always looked tired and had a bump where my dermatologists injected into the hollow area beneath my eye. My dermatologist said my eye puffiness wasn't a problem they could see. I thought maybe it was time for an eyelift so I searched the internet and found Dr. Kapadia out of Wellesley Ma. I went to him and he knew right away that the juvederm they injected was pulling fluid into my eyelids. He injected dissolvent and the puffiness went away. No eyelid surgery needed. Thank goodness! Now it's 3 years since I've seen him and thought my eyelids did start to sag a little and he notice right away that the juvederm they put under my eyes was still bumpy from 3 years ago. He put dissolvent into and filled it with restylane. He said that juvederm was the wrong product to be using in that area thus the bump. He advised instead of doing surgery that I should try botox and that should lift it a bit and I am no longer a botox virgin. It has done the trick and I am so happy I found him because he is honest and is very talented at what he does. Highly, highly recommend him!
