How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

I have naturally heavy lids. Age did not help. All of the before eyes here are on "bad" days, they didn't always look like this but I never knew what I was going to get, and by 45 bad days were getting more frequent. The top left pic was at 40!
Dr Chung was extremely confident that I would have a great outcome with littl down time. She really put me at ease. She could not have been more correct. In-office, easy-peasy. I see some very, very bad eye jobs here and around, so clearly this is not a procedure you can take lightly, but with Dr Chung I felt like I could. What ever you do, make sure your doctor has a natural aesthetic and doesn't think women should look like lidless snakes. Look at little kids. They have lovely little plump folds over their eye. You want someone who will take off "just enough" skin! I have been with Dr Chung for over a year now and I can say that she has the same confident, carfeful, and natural approach to everything we have done (chin implant, Botox, fillers including sculptra). She and her office staff are smart, professional, beautiful, and responsive. I have never once felt rushed or upsold (I was in fact downsold from the FL I came in for as well as a lower bleph).

See above. Very glad I found Dr Chung and that I stayed local with someone highly credentialed who has taken the time to get to know me and my goals over the year. I like the idea of staying local to develop a long-term relationship and easy follow-up, using a Facial PS who focuses 100% of her time on faces, and someone who does all of her own injections (no PA/NP). Also doesn't hurt to see a professional woman and mother who understands the emotional and professional consequences of FPS. When I kept coming back to the idea of a mini-lift it was "No. Not yet. I won't put you through that." I see a lot of women on here who got a very different line, sold a mini lift as though it is the easiest thing in the world. You can't imagine how happy I am that I found an honest, caring FPS! The only 4 star ratings are 1) because I don't believe anyone is perfect and 2) Dr Chung is like me, she is no-nonsense and doesn't mince words. Some people want a lot of hand holding etc may find other doctors appear more touchy feely but I assure you her responsiveness to problems was excellent. She won't disappear when you need her.
