I saw Dr. Chung five years ago for a rhinoplasty and have continued to see her since then. I had an unusual nose to work on because it had a large dimple in the middle as well as very thick skin. Dr. Chung was meticulous and continued to fine-tune the results even after surgery. The improvement from my original nose is drastic and I'm very pleased with the result.

I am 50+ years old and felt I looked drowsy all the time. I met with Dr. Chung and she suggested an upper blepharoplasty procedure. She explained the procedure and how I would benefit and she was very honest about what I could expect both during and after the procedure. I felt perfectly fine the very next day and was able to work without needing any pain medication whatsoever. Nelly, Dr. Chung’s surgical technician was amazing and advocated for me from start to finish. She called to check on me and was a tremendous help before, during, and after my surgery. I had my sutures removed 5 days later with Nurse Marni and by day 14 I was wearing my makeup and enjoying the results! Now, I get compliments constantly about how beautiful my eyes look and how young I appear. Thanks to Dr. Chung and her entire team (Emily, Lauren, Nurse Marni, and Nelly!). I will definitely be back as I continue to fight the aging process!

Updated from my upper eyelid surgery with Dr Jeannie Chung: I added some progression photos for those that were asking. The last photo is today and I am just about 8 weeks post. I am very happy and I love how easily my makeup application is now that I am not dealing with loose skin on my upper lids.

This is a true story. I was delayed at Immigration recently on my return from Europe because my passport photo looked so much older than me. The officer thought I was impersonating someone else. My entire life I was self conscious about my profile. I had a very large nose compounded by a weak chin. I hated seeing my reflection or seeing myself in pictures. I did debate plastic surgery in my twenties, but did not have the confidence to pursue it as i was too concerned about the opinions of others.
At thirty-three years old I reluctantly scheduled a visit with Dr. Chung hoping there would be an easy fix like fillers or the "liquid nose job". Dr Chung was honest and to the point explaining that the only long term fix would be a chin implant and rhinoplasty. She was sincere that anything less would not provide lasting results I would be happy with. I took several months to think about it but realized if i was going to change my life i had to do something drastic.
After my second consultation with Dr. Chung I knew I was making the right decision and had found the right doctor. She is incredibly personable and easy to talk to. She and her staff explained the whole procedure as well as recovery. I am a 62-year -old woman living in the Boston area. I am an extremely discerning person with very high standards so when I considered having facial surgery and in particular a neck lift, I took finding the right surgeon very seriously. I did extensive homework and met with what is considered nine of Boston’s best plastic surgeons. I knew after doing all my homework and meeting all the other doctors I had met my surgeon and it was such a relief to finally feel I was in the most competent of hands.
I had my neck lift with lower facelift surgery about a year ago and to say that I am thrilled is an understatement. Dr. Chung has the eye of an artist and knows what it takes to make you look rejuvenated in a very natural way. Most can’t believe how good I look and think I lost weight or ask me what products I use on my face or if I got injections or fillers. Dr. Chung’s expertise and caring shows in each delicate stitch she makes and at the three- month mark I was happy and at the six-month mark I was beyond happy and at the almost year anniversary I count my blessings and Dr. Chung is surely one of them.

I am a male in my mid 40s and i underwent a buccal fat removal procedure. The procedure, and the eventual outcome, far exceeded my expectations. I also can not say enough good things about Dr. Chung and her entire staff. For anyone who has facial fullness its worth investigating whther you are a suitable candidate. Its relatively non-invasive procedure (incisions entirely inside the mouth) with only a coupole days of downtime. There is some amount of swelling but for me it subsided within 3-4 days. You should also selecet a surgeon that you feel comfortable with and again i cannot be more emphatic in my recommendation for Dr. Chung. She is a stellar surgeon with a caring, courteous, and supportive staff.

I needed to have my nose fixed because it was misshapen and had a big bump. Dr. Jeannie Chung did an excellent job and I am very happy with the outcome. She and her staff were very helpful for everything.

I could not be more delighted with my otoplasty results! I had only heard raving reviews about Dr. Chung's work and found them not only true, but she exceeded my expectations. Everyone there is professional and caring. Dr. Chung and her team treated me with the utmost care throughout the process. Although my ears did not protrude terribly before, it was enough to bother me daily. They prevented me from feeling comfortable wearing my hair up, which I now enjoy doing. Dr. Chung agreed that I would be a good candidate for the procedure and that the results would be a nice improvement. The procedure itself was not difficult! I was instructed to wear a thick head wrap for one week before switching to a soft night headband for use while sleeping. Overall the experience was a good one. There was tolerable pain and discomfort during the first week and a half but after that I felt great and I am so delighted with the results. They look natural and beautiful as though this is the way my ears were supposed to look all along. Thank you Dr. Chung and staff.

I researched several of the top credited cosmetic surgeons and met with two. While impressed, I felt something lacking.
