Consultation review: don't waste your time

By far the most unprofessional company we have come across in a long time. I don’t know where to even start with this review, they advertised they do Weightloss injections, yet when you talk to them they’re “still figuring out pricing”, they then lied on the phone and said their pricing is much better than getting injections through insurance. Which we found out was not true. They require a video consult through a faulty app that we spent over 45 minutes trying to figure out and despite the teenager on the phone stating “let’s do FaceTime” she then reneged the comment and tried to reschedule again. The first appointment she scheduled, she then canceled the next day stating “we didn’t do our blood work in time” - why would you schedule a doctor consult in less than 24 hours of telling a patient they need to get blood work? Then we provided the paperwork, they scheduled two appointments which never worked on their app. She then asked me to “calm down” on the phone when I inquired more about the appointment. Extremely unprofessional I would never ever go here. She then tried to coerce my husband to waste another late night evening for a video conference on a day that didn’t work for us. The juvenile on the phone then stated “clearly this isn’t the place for you if you’re going to blame me for issues with an app”. Would you really want to go to a company that not only displays unprofessionalism, takes zero responsibility for their actions business, lies about their pricing versus insurance, says they’ve been doing this for a long time yet ‘still figuring out pricing’ and then fails to acknowledge we have wasted multiple nights away from our family to accommodate their required video chats that they can only schedule at 730p at nights. Huh??? Take my advice go to a professional who knows what they’re doing and treats patients with respect
