I got my boobs done 4 weeks ago, going from a 32AA to a 32C (large C) looking the photo you will see that the right boob is much smaller than the left. Is this normal? What is the explanation to this because I can't seem to find any information. Thank you so much.

I really can't tell much of a difference. But did your surgeon use two different sized implants? Sometimes they do this. If not it could just be from swelling and the "fluffing" of the implants. Give it time to settle, your results are beautiful!

Sorry I can't help you but your results look really good! What cc did you get?

Your right breast looks like it has bottomed out with lateral displacement. I'd contact your surgeon.

Yours look a lot like mine. Talk to your surgeon and ask them if they had to create a new breast crease for you. They had to with one of mine because that breast was smaller than my other. So they look slightly different. If you put the heel of your hands at the base of your side boobs and touch your nipples with your fingertip, that's a good way to tell if the size is different or if it's an optical illusion. When they create new breast creases it can create an illusion when they're actually the same size. (Also, if one of your breasts was significantly smaller than the other and you had the same size implants put in, one might look a lot fuller than the other) Bottom line: you look great. Don't sweat it.

3 month post breast augmentation

It has been 3 months since my operation and my boobs are finally to look a bit normal. I had my breast implants put in through my armpits. I had no breast before or pockets. My surgeon had to cut the pockets out from within. I got a 405cc which puts me at a C/D depending.
They are still very hard and still hurt on the bottom of the breast. I'm not sure if this is normal or not, I went to try on bras at Victoria secret and none fit me really. My creases almost don't hold the bra down or maybe I'm just not used to having boobs with a bra and don't know how to properly wear one. My nipples are also placed pretty high which makes it even harder to find a bra that works. I also was worried about my nipple placement and wondered if anyone had any knowledge on if mine are ok or if I need correcting. I will add photos.
Thank you for all the help! I'm mostly worried about if the breast will stay this hard or soften out over the next few months. They have soften out a lot since my previous post on here but they are still pretty hard. I also am worried about the bottom part of my breast hurting a bit to the touch. It almost feels bruised or hypersensitive. I don't know how long the pain is supposed to last or if something is wrong. I do think it might have something to do with not having creases or boobs at all to begin with. I will also add my before photo so you can see my breast before.
Any advice or experience is really helpful. I just don't want there to be any issues.

Can you post a video showing how each moves differently? It appears maybe your right is bottoming relative to the left but there may have been a difference in your befores too. Pics in a swimsuit or bra would be helpful to judge the nipple placement.

They look amazing! But maybe your nipples look high because the implants where a little too big for you? You look super petite, so bigger Implants will look less natural and cause your nipples to be higher, as your implants fall into place x

They look so good and I really wouldn't sweat it. Mine do the same thing. It's because our natural breasts aren't the same size (even tho they're very close to identical) so one breast is gonna have slightly more room for the implant than the other. Seriously, don't waste any more time worrying about it, only you notice it and they look SOOOOO good.

You appear to be bottoming out on one side or sure. Speak to your PS about revision surgery to correct issue. Not many Dr. do the armpit incision anymore bc of placement issues. Keep us updated. Good luck and take care.
