This is my third rhinoplasty the previous surgeon were really a poor decision this time I consulted with 4 Doctor and did not go for the cheapest but the one with the experience and who would meet me at an affordable cost. I believe I made the right the right decision this time I will see when I recover..

I just want to write you to tell you, at this time, not to much worry about how many hours the operation actually took....mine took less time as well with Dr Athre. The important thing is the final result. Especially with revision rhinoplasty surgery, it is more complicated to decide and communicate in advance about the full details as it depends on what he will discover during the surgery, the issues from your earlier surgeries and at that time only he will decide how to deal with the situation. Take care of yourself during the healing period :) Good luck!

I hope you get your desired nose this time around. I agree you should get your operative report as it's a good idea to be informed. Looking forward to seeing your outcome.

Your nose is really swollen, which is to be expected, and since it's your 3rd surgery it's going to take a much longer time for the swelling to resolve. The profile and tip already look really different, not droopy. Happy and excited for you!

I think you should let your surgeon know that your splints came off if you haven't done that yet. I hope you have a smooth recovery. Looking forward to seeing your new nose.
