Your nose is very swollen, and probably due to the grafts. Maybe an anti-inflammatory will do well. I wish you all the luck with your recovery. Stay strong, it's a tough road
I agree with wannabehappy. It appears that your nose is swollen and this is very normal at 6 days post. You just need to give it time to heal. I would also contact your surgeon if you have questions or concerns. Wishing you a smooth recovery.
You should bandage or tape your nose if the splint came off, if you leave it like that so early it will just swell more
I wish you had posted my results on here before you had this procedure. Lookib at your before is like looking in the mirror. I had my 2nd revision with dr athre and am now looking for another revision. He is no where near skilled enough to perform revision surgeries. I am sorry for your pain and suffering. I hope everyone needing a revision stays away from him and you should change your status to not worth it. He will offer kenalog shots and they help some but not enough to counteract his incompetent work.

Your nose is really swollen, which is to be expected, and since it's your 3rd surgery it's going to take a much longer time for the swelling to resolve. The profile and tip already look really different, not droopy. Happy and excited for you!
Thank you Taking day by day but I'm anxious to see when my swelling goes down
I think you should let your surgeon know that your splints came off if you haven't done that yet. I hope you have a smooth recovery. Looking forward to seeing your new nose.
