So tired of my nipples being hard lol

I know this is just part of the process but it is so annoying! Im already always cold and this isn't helping since they are so sensitive lol

Didn't get to go to my post op appointment yesterday since I had a work meeting so I was able to reschedule for next Tuesday...so ready to get these stitches out!

For the most part my boobs still haven't dropped much in the last 2 weeks but I have been doing my massages and they are not as hard as they were before!

How long before you went back to work?
I had surgery on Friday and went back to work on Monday but I do work have a desk job and work from home so thats a little different.
Do you know what size you are yet? I went with 400cc 4 days ago but am about the same size as you before the curiosity is killing me lol
No I have no clue yet, I tried a 34D Under Armor sports bra and it wasn't even close to fitting but that was only a few days after surgery. I then tried on a 36D and it also didn't fit. I have just been wearing my medical bra and a few bralettes I bought from Walmart until my swelling and my boobs drop more before I get measured.
So what size did you end up being? I was thinking about going to the same PS to reduce to a full c small d.

Hard time sleeping

Once again up late and not able to sleep, I took some of my pain meds and a muscle relaxer many hours ago thinking it would help me but it didn't. This is the second night and its not 2:30am and I'm still wide awake. My body is tired but I'm not sleeping...no clue what to do. Maybe tylenol PM tomorrow to see if that helps. I have my post op on Thursday so I'm going to ask him if theres anything he can prescribe me to help.

Try 2 benadryl's it helps me and i also have bought some holistic remedy called the fragrant solution peaceful sleep an essential oil with lavender. They carry these at whole foods. It's a liquid and i pour a couple of drops on pillow and it helps me sleep. A piece of toast and warm milk also help.
My ps gave me a script for sleeping pills! Maybe you should call them. Your body needs rest so it can heal!
I will ask them when I go in for my post op in a couple days, for now just going to try tylenol pm and see if that works.

When am I able to start sleeping on my side/stomach?

I having a hard time sleeping now that I haven't been taking the pain meds anymore and its because I usually dont sleep on my back...when are we able to sleep on our sides or stomach? Is it just when we are comfortable or do we have to wait a certain time? I can kinda sleep on my side somewhat but I have to put a small pillow under my boob for comfort lol
