Let me start off by saying, I was terrified of surgery. I breastfed my daughter for over a year, which resulted in very deflated breasts. I recently befriended someone who referred me to Dr. Adam and raved about him. She showed me her before and after photos. Dr. Adam's consultation was free so I thought why not see what he had to say. Right up to the day of my consult, I was freaking out and had pretty much talked myself out of it even before going. I am so glad I went to the consultation and met with him. He has the best bedside manner, very friendly and helpful. He really tried to understand what I wanted in terms of size and shape. I was a C before breastfeeding and was an A after. So, for me, I wanted something that wasn't too big and was natural looking. I didn't want my chest to make me look heavy. Part of the consult included putting on a sports bra and actually having the implants in the bra to see what my 'new shape' would look like with clothes. By the end of the consultation, I wasn't nervous at all. Two weeks later, my surgery day came. Dr. Adam once again was very informative about what was about to happen. His office staff is incredibly nice. The lady that administered my IV was amazing. (I am terrified of needles and pass out at the site of them - except with her apparently.) Totally time of the procedure was about 45 minutes. I had a mini lift on one side, 400 cc on the left, and 375 cc on the right. I had one tiny little bruise and that was it. As soon as I was able to take off the wrapping, I loved them. I am almost 4 weeks out of surgery - they are beautiful. They are small enough that I look natural, but full enough to where I wished my chest looked like at the age of 18. I have recommended Dr. Adam to everyone that wants to see my new chest. I cannot sing him and his staff's praises enough.

4 weeks post surgery and still loving them!

Because breasts have different amounts of silicon in them, they are falling at different times. They aren't noticeably different and my doctor told me this would happen before the surgery and that they would "even out" in a couple months. The scars are very minimal.
