I am two weeks away from my surgery date and I wanted to finally start documenting my process on RS! After my second sizing appointment, I decided on 450 cc HP Natrelle silicone implants. I have always been bottom heavy, ranging from size 6 to 10, and wanted to achieve something closer to "straight size" proportions. Also, during pregnancy and the period in which I breastfed, I really enjoyed having fuller looking breasts. I would love to end up with full D cup breasts. I am hoping that 450 cc HP will not be too big for me, although my surgeon has assured me that this size is within the natural range for my frame.

Sorry , I didn't mean to confuse you , I am not a doctor , I am just someone who also had surgery many years ago , and had bad experiences , so I was just making a compliment and I am just remembering when I wanted to go bigger and I messed up , now I am looking to go smaller again and trying to fix some mess some doctor did .
But it depends on you, you may be a lot happier with big breasts. My best of luck .

They looked better before the surgery. More natural. Not sure why you think its a positive. Good Luck. Hopefully they will droop more naturally as time progresses.

3rd sizing appointment tomorrow

I am going in for my 3rd sizing appointment tomorrow! At my second sizing appointment I had selected Natrelle 450 cc HP (style 20). Now I am wondering if I didn't give enough consideration to the moderate (10) or moderate plus (15) styles. I wasn't taking my large BWD into account. I tend to be on the slender side, yet I seem to have a somewhat larger than average BWD (16cm L, 15cm R). I don't want to have a huge volume implant, so it looks like I may have to go for lower profiles in order to accommodate my natural breast diameter. I'm concerned that the 450 HP (12.4cm diameter) will create an odd gap between my breasts.

I have the opposite problem. My BWD is 13R and 12.5L and at my consult today, the PS recommended Inspira SoftTouch 450-485! I am only 5’3 and 105lbs! Needless to say I was speechless. He said he chose that based on my measurements and the full look that I want! I am so confused!

Did you try the sizers on? If you liked the look I would say go for it! Even if the sizers look a little too big it is okay. Your actual implant will end up looking smaller because of the sub muscular placement. Now that I have had my surgery I realize I could've gone bigger and would've totally been okay. As far as bwd is concerned, if that was what they picked for you then I wouldn't worry. If they are board certified and well rated they know what they are doing. My best advice is that trying on sizers will help a lot.

Here is my before picture. It is from 4 years ago (and pre pregnancy), although I still look roughly the same. Perhaps I am a little less perky and maybe a couple of pounds heavier in reality.

Brissiemum you are too kind!! They're a tad more deflated now that I'm a mom haha.
300CC is okay. I wish you the best of luck :) I hope you have a good doctor too.
