Dr. Pontell has done an amazing job operating on my nose after I had a nightmare rhinoplasty 15 years ago (collapsed valves, poor breathing, deviated septum, droopy nose, big nostrils, bulb at the end of the nose, just to name a few) . He was able to restore the normal breathing, and make aesthetic changes that were just right for my face. I am beyond happy with the outcome of the surgery.
