So it's been a while since I posted an update and pictures. I am still so unbelievably happy I did this and I wouldn't change a thing. I'm still so amazed by my results it's crazy. It's been 4 months and they keep getting better and better. I do need to start eating better so I can lose more weight. Hoping to lose another 30 or so. I've been going to the gym on my lunch. Weekends are a killer... That's when u do most of my [RS bleep] eating. We went to Mexico in Jan and it was the first time in my life I was happy in a bathing suit. I think if there's anyone thinking of doing this. . They should;;;

Your belly button looks amazing! I only wore my compression garment for 6 weeks too and my Dr told me to keep it off. I’m 8 weeks out and get SOOOOOO swollen at the end of the day. I’m glad to hear that goes down. I sometimes wonder if it ever will...

I saw my PS today and there is no more fluid. Yay. I so notice now since the pouch is gone that the pubic area is fatty... awesome hahaha but that can be fixed if I'm not happy still once all the swelling is gone. I was told 2 more weeks with the binder them get rid of it. It feels weird when I have it off for a couple mins but I'm Looking forward to not having the extra padding in my clothes. I have my work Xmas party on sat and I bought some new dresses and I can't wait to wear them. Nobody at work has seen me in maybe 4 or 5 months so it'll be nice showing off my new body lol the dresses I bought I would never ever in a million years have worn before surgery so it feels pretty damn good. I went bathing suit shopping too and I'm actually happy when I go. Looking at 2 pieces is weird for me.

I noticed where the .muscle repair has been done I'm bulging in that area. Like A LOT. I asked my PS if it's because I'm swollen but he said it could be a little. So that leads me to believe that I'm always going to have it. I've never seen anyone else on this site with the same thing. It's so big and noticeable. I love my results from my TT but now this is making me feel like [RS bleep]. I'm hoping it's just swollen and foes away. Has anybody else had This???? I'm not worried about the back fat cause I'm still losing weight and I eventually want to have a BBL... so I'll need that lol

I went to hernia and heartburn specialist here in DC. They actually fix diastasis from behind the fascia with mesh. Your surgeon sutured the front. They told me if I still have the bulge post tummy tuck to come see them and they would repair the muscle from behind laparoscopically. Hope that helps.

You sure your stitches from your muscle repair didnt come apart? My PS told me i would bulge out if that happened.

I have the same thing! My PS sad that the upper part of my stomach had fat under the muscle. Think it’s called subcutaneous. He said that fat is around organs and they can’t lipo it. I’m 4 weeks post op. Yes my stomach is better then it was. But I see pics on here ALL the time of woman who where as heavy as I was and they look fantastic! There two week pics look better then my 4 week pics! I keep hoping that a LOT of this is still swelling. I know it’s better then it was and I should be happy, I am trying to be but man this was a lot to go through and a lot of money to end up looking 4 months pregnant still.

I'm in the same boat. All the same feelings. I even brought it up to him again. He said sometimes when doing the muscle repair he can only tighten so much and the only option later if o was still unhappy would be to go in and do it again with no guarantee of a different outcome. Here's to hoping for both of us that once the swelling goes we get the results we dreamed of.
I only wore it for 6 weeks I think. My surgeon told me to stop then and to leave it off. Felt really weird with it off for the first little bit.. and the swelling was crazy but it's so much better now
