I had originally gone and saw my plastic surgeon for lipo two years ago . He had suggested working out more with possibly a trainer . If the stubborn areas didn't go away then I would be a prime candidate. I worked out hardcore with a personal trainer for over a year and did the extreme diet plan laid out. Still was not happy with my total workout results. After a lot of research I felt that this was my best option .
I feel like I need to be super secretive as I fear judgment from others. Being 120 pounds and wearing a size 2-4 is still considered petit, but I was just so unhappy after having the last baby 5 years ago. It has only been 48 hours so far, I can already see some results:)

So I had my sugery 4 days ago. Not gonna lie, it hurts like hell . Feel like red hot pokers are stabbing me, itchy puffy and swollen. But so far I can see my love handles are actually gone!!!!! I painfully put the same undergarments on so you can see the progress. The bruising isnt to bad. But I am super tender everywhere , and sore to move.

Still bruised and sore . Stopped taking the morphine, and now taking extra strength Advil. Seem to be abit more mobile. Really puffy what is normal. Here's more pics to see the progress

Thanks for starting a review and for posting pics. A lot of users feel the same way about needing to be secretive. Are you hiding your surgery from everyone or does your immediate circle know?
Pictures above really make me look large. A handful of my best friends are who I am sharing with. I'm not even telling my kids. Maybe when I am all healed I will feel more open. But right now, I'm gonna lay still, keep quiet, and pop the pain killers. This hurts worse than natural childbirth
I live in a small town too so I totally relate to wanting to keep it hush hush. But I'm glad you have a few people you can talk to, it helps. From all the reviews I've read over the years it sounds like the pain starts to get a lot better after the first week, but if you feel like your pain is higher than it should be don't hesitate to call your doctor. Hang in there!
Knees, inner and outer thighs, love handles and stomach . Feeling a bit better today. Much more mobile, but def tender when I move.
